How did you get the LEDs through the center console?
There’s a little channel on the drivers side of the Mazda3 lower console that u can snake the harness through and plug it into the main box. When u pop it up and poke around you’ll find it pretty quick

mazda 3 hatch is under rated, wish the turbo package came in a manual like the preferred does
So true
RX-7 wheels have 8 inch rim width, which is a lot wider than the Mazda3 OE 16x6.5, and with 5 mm higher offset (interior edge of wheel is 5 mm closer to the car). With the wide but low diameter rim it's potentially a risk for the suspension components to collide with the inside of the wheel during extreme scenarios; Mazda3 uses struts in the front which need a taller wheel aspect ratio than the double wishbone RX-7. The RX-7 tire diameter is also about 3% smaller than Mazda3 OE, which is borderline variance for standard practice. I know the channel owner doesn't have a 3 anymore, but just something for others to be aware of, for any car really.
Worth mentioning: the Mazda3 Turbo is an 18x7 +45, the FD wheel is 16x8 +50. While this does mean the wheel is inherently moving in further, your tires will impact that result greatly. I found on my beefy winter tires after the season was done, there was some minor scrubbing on the strut cover itself but nothing major. I’d recommend getting something in the +30-40 range for a nice variable fit.
Do you think that the dealer would be able to install the ambient light kit? Additionally would that void the warranty on the car?
Almost definitely not, unless you have a really cool dealer. I never had an issue with warranty on mine with them installed either so you should be fine
He doesn’t off when you drive it at the night
The headlights will still be on “auto” technically so when it gets dark they come on regardless but this does work during the day!

Hello, this video has been extremely helpful in installing my mikstore ambient lighting kit! One thing I'm turned around on is understanding the right way to power the main controller down by the cabin fuse box. Is there any way you could provide some insight on this for me? Thanks!
Did your Mazda 3 turbo not come with a factory wing on it most that I see they all do. Could it be replaced with a carbon one?
Factory wings are only on the Turbo Premium Plus, my car was a normal Turbo. Besides the bodykit, it also adds a 360° camera and real leather inside instead of the vinyl

You can set it up that way! Mine just used the app to turn it on and off instead of the car
Can only get my 2021 to do this with the parking lights? Am I doing it right?
Does yours have the premium lighting option? Otherwise it will only do it with parking lights
@@outrunyt mine’s a 2021 turbo premium plus so my knowledge every option. Only seems to work on the parking light setting, but the auto headlights kick on no matter what setting

Unfortunately this HALO option doesn’t work in CANADA, as our cars HAVE TO HAVE Daytime running lights on, all the time, so that option is NOT AVAILABLE / You CANNOT turn off your daytime lights, in my 2024 AWD Mazda-3-Speed Edition. I LOVE the Twin-Scroll-TURBO engine … it puts a smile on my wife’s face, …it’s the first Mazda (our 4th Mazda 3) that my wife says makes her “can’t wait” to go for a drive !! -Much Love, From : TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA 🇨🇦 !

Is this the 2023 model ? In the 2023 model, does the 2nd tail light (smaller one) glow ?
On cars with Premium Lighting, the smaller halo glows that’s correct.
Where do you attach the electrical in the front trim and the Sid ones I like the vid thinking of doing this on mine
Electrical on the front uses an included fuse adapter that replaces one of the taillight fuses! The sides have their own harnesses that include a little box to interface with the stock harness
Is the fuse box inside the engine bay or on the secondary fuse box inside the car ?

I've installed a similar set and what really annoys me, is that the LED are too bright, even at minimum brightness. I had fiber optic before, they were better in this brighness adjustment. They also bent better, which was useful in the central tunnel.

That should be held in by clips but there may be some screws on the back so if it isn’t coming off easy take off the door card
