Just bought a 2017 sr5 with 96k on it and my third day of owning it I got a check engine light come up 😂. Popped the hood after plugging it in and there was a loose clamp on the intake causing a leak. Hoping to have no more issues, wish me luck!

Toyota rocks. There's a 15' Tacoma V6 with 900,000 miles on Taco Nation. She's a pilot driver for overloaded semi trucks. The exterior and interior still looks really good. She does routine oil changes and fluid changes. Original engine and transmission. She's replaced u joints and rear wheel bearings.
Prolly won't see this comment but Toyota recommendeds replacing all oxygen sensors at 100k that's probably why your having intermittent misfire and a/f being off. I'd check live data o2 sensors and see if they're dropping out under load. . Keep trucking
Absolutely love following this truck. I have a 2023 Tacoma OR but unfortunately it doesn’t get used like it should. Sits in the garage while I drive my beater around.
Unbelieveable!!!!!!!!! I'm glad you're still giving us updates and the Tacoma is still running strong! I commented on one of your first videos, but I have the same model, year, trim, and even color! I'm only at 75k miles, but I'm looking forward to keeping my truck forever after seeing your progress with the Tacoma.
I understand you bought this when it was new. Did you perform any engine break in when you bought it? Or did you just drive it off the lot. Curious on how much that affects these.

Does yours have push start button? If so have you had to replace it at all or anything with that ignition setup?
ive been waiting for this
You got me beat by 375 K 2022 Manual Tacoma Keep the reviews coming.
Are you still running the original clutch? I hope to keep my truck running as well as yours!

Did you do your own transmission and differntial work or pay someone?
What is your transmission change process?
My throw out bearing went out at 40K. Bad luck I guess. Congratulations on the milestone.
congrats on 400k!
So how’s it doing now, a year later…
Any lift or is that stock?
Absolutely AMAZING!
How often have you changed the manual transmission fluid?
I have a 2006 4.0 blew the headgasket at 260k put blew devil in it now at 297k running strong.
Nice man. Hoping to be in the same boat as you, it's just gonna take a LOT longer to get there lol.
I can't believe toyota F!$#ed around a ruined the new tacoma/Tundra.. these n/a engines were amazing.
I am looking at a 2005 with 280K miles. Asking $10k for it. What's your opinion on the price?
This makes me feel oh so goooood with my 3rd gen.
FUN TIMES !
Question. Do you keep the ECT on the entire time while towing?
Ank leaks on the timing cover? If so, did you bother to fix it?
Just picked up a 2023. Hope to keep it as long as possible.
Gogogo!

How heavy is that trailer with everything that is in it?
Guesstimating around 6k total
Great review. Love my 3rd gen.
My 2016 taco has 180k
Got 2020 Taco SR5 with 110K in five years. Never had an issue. All fluids are maintained.
Badass! 2018 Trd/Offroad here in San Diego 🤘
This eases my mind with buying a CPO 2020 with 66k miles on it. Id love to see a continuation of your truck and your time with her.
Does it still have the same POWER !
It’s definitely down on power a bit. Compression in cylinder 1/2 is down 60 psi. 3/4 is down 30-40 psi. 5/6 are still in spec.
Awesome... makes me feel good i have this same truck. 2023 TRD OFF ROAD So does it still have the same POWER !!!
What front bumper is that?
C4 fabrication. They discontinued this model
This dude must be the hardest working man alive. The Tacoma is taking good care of him.
Been waiting on this! Have checked the channel every few weeks since the last video!
Do you have any idea what the cylinder misfire might be?
Pretty sure it’s valve seat related
AMAZING Quality ! 👍

What bumper is that?
Lets go half million miles!!!!

Drove it approximately 300 miles home. Didn't change oil until 10k miles.
@@endurocox5467 I see. Thanks for the response! Did you drive it normal? Like with cruise control and stuff? Or did you vary the RPMs?
