Kelel Ware is a fantastic talent. I believe in 2 or 3-years Ware will surpass Edey by a wide margin. He runs the floor extremely fast and is a quick jumper. Edey has been very good for 5 quarters but a 2nd ankle injuries; the last one looks very bad. Mark it down, Ware will guard the pick and roll better than Edey.

I think for the first time in a long time, I am actually interested in IU football. I have paid attention in the past, but this is the first time in a while that I really want to see how they look at the beginning of the season.

Tucker will play more at the 3 than Ballo and Reneau play together.

They can play any style at a high level. They can win the 3pt differential by defending the 3 at an elite level.

Okay, I look at this Indiana team as one of the most talented on paper, obviously. Now it is going to come down to Coach Mike Woodson and his staff to earn their money and guide them to a B1G championship. In past years there was so much criticism of Coach Woodson about his coaching style, but we all know injuries played a big part in the success of the team. But I don't think you can put all the blame on the coach when they were so shorthanded so much of the time. But hopefully this year will be different and we hope the team will stay healthy. That being said, if this team does not win with the talent they possess, there will be no one else to point a finger at other than Coach Woodson and his coaching style. This should be a very important year all things considered for Mike Woodson.

I really am far more tired of people running with the narrative that our big guys only clog the middle. Neither Ballo or Reneau sit in the lane and wait for perimeter players to pass them the ball. They certainly do it far less than people mention it. Reneau plays all over the floor from corner to above the 3pt line middle of the floor. Ballo constantly goes from screening to trying to seal his man off of that action...often away from the rim until he gets the lob over toward the rim.

Crean is a perfect example of how IU misses the mark...what a shame....he should still be their coach.

Indiana was a stud presence every year since bob knight left . BOB KNIGHT wanted poor academic ron bayless of warren central and not Todd Leary..... Of course Knight wanted Montross but Leary could not deliver him since Dad Scott wanted his son in a friendlier coaching at North Carolina with Dean Smith .. RIP Eric .......

I love this team all through the roster. No letdown anywhere, Go Hoosiers and kick all the Big 18 butt. Ballo has shot about 65% in college. He gets 10 rebounds more games, Goodie is great and Myles Rice is an NBA starting point guard.

I think the visitor section at Memorial stadium will help IU beat Michigan this year. (It is smaller and at the top of stadium.)

I think he is a good coach, but does not have the horses to win in the BigTen. IU has a laughable out of conference schedule (Saint Marys Girl School for the blind was not available). So you have 3 eeeasy wins (congratulations). The coach brought recruits from James Madison (from James Madison!). In what alternate universe are these BigTen caliber players. Asking for a friend. Earth calling IU, come in IU.

There is much talk about first year Coaches (and 2nd year) TiU needs to be at 6 prior to Ohio State. IMO, the ceiling is 9 and the floor is 4. Draft Kings has the OU at 5. I'm betting the over.

I’m looking more forward to Indiana football this year because of how solid coach Cig is and has been! Indiana basketball spent 6 Million Dollars on players and Mike Woodson has been nothing but divisive to the fan base! Last Basketball Season Was Not A Success to anyone but the the coach who got to keep his job!!!

UCLA and Maryland games are the key games for this year in my opinion ( as long dont lose the nonconference games of course). Really need to start off 5-0. Puts them in great spot to at least get to a bowl game but also really keep momentum going for recruiting. I just think IU gets off to a start like that, I think it becomes even more likely Lewis commits to us

Thought Gunner Kiel was highly rated. I know he ended not coming here. But thought he had officially committed to us for a short time. Assume he visited before committing.

How much of an impact will Oumar Ballo make on IU bball on both sides of the court? Will he be a starter?

Lewis signed a deal with Under Armour. He’s not coming to IU, Jim nor does IU have a shot. Hes only here as a favor for the coach dude to previous relationship.

I would put the over and under on wins at 6.5. It is weird saying that I feel confident about IU football getting at least 6 wins, but as everyone has said, they couldnt ask for a better schedule. But it really is a must that IU at least get to a bowl game and be nice to finally win one also. Just to prove to recruits that Cig is for real and keep the momentum going

The 5 stars will come with some big wins and better facilities.

I think Rice is the #2 true pg in next years draft. Traore and Harper are the only two primary ball handlers that can go in front of him . This is year 2 after beating cancer.
