The only negative about the24 vengeance is the LCD and doesn't have a like a price of metal going over it to protect it when bike falls so I put the digger next to it and torch because they're higher than LCD which I bet have broken loads of times

Theres another problem recently with the Impel 3.1. The battery shows at 1% on the app with a battery cycle count of 255. This is caused by a corruption in the firmware as confirmed by Hyena China. As the battery is registering below 5% the app will not allow a firmware update and also prevents the bike being used. The only way to clear it is with the Hyena Service Tool (HST) software and a dongle. I got mine connected through the dongle directly to the bike HMI via USB, as soon as the software detected the bike it immediately installed all the latest firmware updates and now the battery reads correctly at 100% with a fully charged battery. All of assistance I got was direct from Hyena China NOT from Halfords.

I have a carrera subway e and cant even find the torque sensor im so confused as my walk assistance works perfectly but when pedalling nothing happens. I dont have anything on the pedals only a wire connecting the motor to the bike on the back bracket. Please i need help with this im so lost rn and very frustrated as i just want to use my ebike for uber orders but cant because of this annoying problem.

Hi Josh,I have a Carrera Vulcan ebike and I've not used the bike over winter.When I tried to charge the battery the charger makes a clicking sound and when I turn the battery on it shows 3 blue lights with the fourth one flashing.Ive opened the battery and the battery pack measured 38v but Im not getting any voltage on my output pins.Ive been told it might go into a hibernation mode and if I hold the power button down for 30 seconds it will do a master reset.That didn't work.Do you please have any advice for me?
