Hello! It really depends on what kind of a rider you are. If you are satisfied with a modern classic with just enough technical specifications to help you get the speed readings, fuel levels, ABS & other basic details along with its bang on power and torque, then interceptor is the motorcycle for you. If you are someone who wants a light weight motorcycle with a navigator and an advanced instrument cluster then there are other bikes that might appeal to you more than this one. Hope this helps!

Hello! I chose the spoke wheels as I do off roading too. Alloy wheels are good for the highways but there is a chance that they might break during off roads. As far a punctures are concerned, yes there might be an issue if it happens, but with the RSA or road side assistance of RE, they provide free service of pick up in such cases, which gives the rider a chance to get the puncture removed only through a phone call. Hello! It's great to know that you are planning to switch to a bike and stick to it for atleast 5 years. In case of interceptor, you get used to the weight after a couple of rides, you don't feel that its a heavier one once you are used to it, that how our mind works, it acclimatises you with any situation you face. But as you mentioned that you will be commuting for 60-70% of you time, including the Mumbai traffic scenes, I suggest you go for a less heavier and more comfortable bike, as even though you won't understand the heaviness of interceptor after some time, the bike will still take a toll on your body over a long period of time. Checkout the new Guerrilla 450, in my opinion it will best suit you, it's a power packed bike with low weight and a mono shock that will make your rides very comfortable. Hope this helps!

Hello! Great to know that you are from Italy 🙏 The interceptor does soft off roads, however I have friends who have done Ladakh and Spiti rides on the interceptor with a few modifications of the change in tyre.

Hello! Yes, the new Himalayan is feature loaded. It is tall, big and has a modern digital odometer. The interceptor on the other hand is still the classic retro bike with a simple analog meter, but a great engine.

Hello! The seat on my interceptor is a touring seat. It is fine, not great but much much better than the stock seat. Go for a touring seat especially if you are planning on touring. For city rides, the stock seat will do fine.

If you like speed then pulsars are a good option. For naked and styling, you get ktm 150, and if you are a fan of royal Enfield, hunter will be a good option too with a little addition to the budget. Hello! You can ride any bike comfortably if you are 5'8" and more. Since you are 6ft, if you are into adventure bikes, they will suit you well as they are taller due to a high ground clearance.
