Wait.. You are using brake fluid. Sorry, but that is confusing to me.
This is a good question. "Clutch Fluid" is really just brake fluid. The 370z clutch system requires a good hydraulic fluid to engage the clutch. It's basically like pressing your brake pedal to engage your brake. Don't overthink it

I want this vehicle so bad. I've read some horror stories about the transmission and engine. It has made me very apprehensive. I'm not a mechanic, and I don't have a lot of money. A costly breakdown of any kind would totally ruin the experience.
Every vehicle has underlying issues. It's just a matter of taking care of the car. Doing your routine maintenance is key to avoiding any catastrophic failure. I am not a mechanic at all and I'm not that mechanically inclined either. I've had the Z for almost 5 years and it's still good so far. Modifying it increases the risks that you'll face so just be cautious. If you're set on buying one, you make sure you're checking for this fluid reservoir and if the gallery gaskets are done. It's kinda hard to find a clean Z nowadays. Good luck!
@ItsEricVenzon Yes. I can do the maintenance, but I'd never be able to repair the gallery gaskets. How are we supposed to know if they are bad?
@@Biggerbyte Checking oil pressure is one but that requires a mechanic to check it. Ask the previous owner if they've replaced it. 09-13 370z are plagued with this. Your best bet would be 2014+

Looks good! Which model number emblem did you get for the front? The one I found for the rear was perfect, but it was too small for the front. I've been trying to figure out the correct one.
Thanks man! I think we are thinking of the same thing here: 93491-6JL1B. I've used that for both front and rear. With the black wrap on the emblems, it hides the fact that the front is a tad smaller.

How difficult would it be to access the third high brake light connection without removing the light?
@@tonycampbell9626 I haven't personally removed it but it involves removing the hatch interior.
Disclosure: This was not to discredit the Tesla Screen. The AFTERMARKET AMPLIFIER ruined the screen. The fact that none of the Z's fuses were affected shows that the Tesla Screen became the first line of defense. Would I get another Tesla Screen? Yes.

Does the kit require you to use the on/off toggle switch? I am looking at this kit but I really don’t want to drill holes in anything to mount an on/off switch and also don’t really want it just laying somewhere. Can the set be wired without it and purely controlled with the app?
@@Sup3rNinjaMast3r the kit does not require you to use the toggle switch. Tap it anywhere it's necessary. And yes, you can control it with the app

I would like to say "broken tuned". So many electric mods and no documentations. Headlights, Foglight, LED interieur, TeslaScreen, AudioAMP, Drift switch, under glow and some other stuff... you need a fuse panel to quick check if you have a battery drain problem. If not you f*ck up yourself ^^

@@godric908 it was a faulty amp. I suspected that there was an internal short.

Which "version" of the 370Z is this? I was in the 2016 model recently, and the mid-console in that was quite different.
@@Karstenerbo this is a 2017 370z Base model. If your center console has the navigation screen, it still works since the kit comes with the harness
