Walmart is hiring
I feel you on the LinkedIn job postings where you see hundreds of applicants within a couple hours. I seriously doubt 90% are even qualified, just apply and clog up HR. I'm 50 now and somehow still working, but sometimes envy older coworkers who had an extra 10 years of non-globalization in tech...
You are going to find something much better. Wishing you best of luck going forward 👍 ✨️ 😊 ❤
Love these videos! -Another Tiffany!
McDonald’s / Walmart / Amazon Ware house are hiring $20 an hour. Good luck 👍
Great video
Please marry a rich 🤑 man so that you can lay off him ok 😂
Very relatable and true about 5% interview call rates and picky companies, and thinking am I lacking some skills even after 14years of tech exp and done everything from full stack to devops to team management, even taking some tough certs to highlight CV. Exactly what I'm thinking through about those 100+ applications in 1 hour of posting and or 10 applications in 5mins of posting. After 350+ applications and less than 10 intvs calls for me its like 2%, btw I'm an expat in Singapore and the job market is same pretty bad here But keep it up and best of luck, I'm just enjoying my re-learning for certs haha
Think of something that when you had your job you used to think " That job (fill in the blank, maybe not in tech ) looks like it would be really fun. Think of another city or state where you may like to live. Take your California unemployment (higher than most states) and consider a different location. That's what I did when I got laid off. It worked out great. Look at it this way. It's an opportunity. You are free now to live anywhere you want. If it's California, great. If not, there are 50 other states. Some very nice ones. Even outside of the country.
Hi beautiful, well now we can travel together because you're free ❤😊
Theres always fry cook at mcdonalds Donald Trump had no problem sacking boxing fries!!!!
i got into onlyfans make a fortune after i got sacked

Linked In is a scam .

omg
*It is time to pack up and go to China.*
Coming from a senior UX researcher I highly recommend you look into another field. UX researcher specifically is cooked there are so many tools nowadays that can do the work for a fraction of the price
Just to make sure I understood you correctly. You're unemployed. You're heading to Europe on a solo trip. Then returning to California to remain unemployed for a few weeks or months. If you're married. How does your husband feel about it? If not married, how are you able to pay your bills?
Love your videos make more like this please don’t go back to work just make videos or full time content creator love your videos ❤️❤️
I love AI
Sorry you are going through this. I work in tech as well and everyday I wonder if I'll be losing my job through no fault of my own. First layoff was on my 40th birthday. No doubt it sucks. You have to look at work as if you are a free agent. There is zero sense of security or loyalty anymore. Hang in there! You'll find something and don't let the situation F with your confidence.
Extremely picky = can't just cruise doing stuff that doesn't generate revenue
My good friend has 3 fry cook positions at Chicken Express... if you can get to Dallas this weekend... he could use someone like you...
I'm not going to lie I was in tech until i quit on my 42nd birthday. I had worked with hundreds of people around the world and honestly of the ones I kept up with none of them had much success. A lot of them got extremely out of shape, many sick, and some passed away. I did know one guy who had a very smart son who got hired by Microsoft as a program manager. He got paid an enormous salary and even had a few patents but this kid was SUPER SHARP. Anyway he came back home to visit his dad, paid his dad's house off and then told me he didn't like his career and was going to retire by age 35. I told him that's exactly the time to get out. Thank god for the movie Office Space it literally saved my life.
The future is Onlyfans and online P0Rn
I'm glad you made this video, it reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, $47k monthly and a good daughter full of love..
Hello 👋 How're you earning such weekly? sometimes I feel down on myself because of low finances, but I still believe in God
Thanks to Mrs. Elizabeth Regina Nelsen's time in my life, which had a profound impact on me.
Sounds familiar. I have heard her name on several occasions and read about her success stories in wall street journal!
Who's Elizabeth Regina Nelsen!?looking forward to this opportunity Can I also sign up from Ontario Canada?
She is really a good investment advisor. I was privilege to attend some of her seminars. That's how I started my own crypto investment.
UX adds no value to business. There is no future
Wrong. UX is tied to revenue, as a company with very bad UX on its revenue generating web pages/apps will frustrate and/or confuse its users, causing many of them to not convert A.K.A. BUY.
nice watch. cartier tank?
You are so cute you can come and stay with me RENT FREE without any obligation.
Another strong independent woman failure. Common these days.
UX is hard right now compared to back then when it was so in-demand. Im personally pivoting to dev and AI. Wishing you the best.
So these tech workers 1)took a loan to go to college to learn AI. 2) spent 2-4 years of learning 3) got hired to create AI programs. 4) before making enough money to pay back your student loans. THAT VERY PROGRAM YOU CREATED -- REPLACES YOU... CRAZY
Being laid off is a huge awakening for me. Never have loyalty. If your company ever starts laying off people (and you were spared this time), immediately start looking for a new job. Stop spending and save. Savings will be the difference between you having to take a poorly paid job just to get by, and being able to lounge around waiting for the right opportunity (or enjoy a hobby in the mean time). Stop wasting time. In this age where everyone seems to have less friends so are going out less and such, it's probably best to start a side hustle or just do an extra part time job to either save for a house or just build up savings to prevent anxiety if you ever get laid off. This isn't for everyone, but it's definitely something to think about if you feel like you're wasting time.
The colour of money never changes. The only change is the hands get dirtier.
Most tech jobs and tech support jobs from engineers and developers to help desk, are being heavily outsourced, mainly to India. It's like what happened to manufacturing in the 80's.
Yep, im in the trades and I have more work than I could ever do and making more money than I ever have . Life is good . Just bought a new Truck and got back from a trip to Hawaii . These computer folks just need to " Learn to Code " ... What Joke Biden always says
k, tell America what joke Trump always says, while he gives a BJ to a microphone. haha!!
I tried to get someone into an interview for a job. Data science kind of thing. LinkedIn shows up to 100+ applicants. It surprised me that there were 650 + people. Save money . Forget wasting money on stuff. It can last for a long time. Like 12months plus. Save money. Hope is a luxury
Resting?? She’s single and ready to become a 304
They say remote roles are at a bigger risk during layoffs...
I'd say not to be as discouraged when seeing how many people have applied for a position. With the amount of copy-paste, low-effort applications that get made against a job ad, your chances might be better than you think. As long as you apply for relevant roles and tailor your application to the role, you should have a better chance than most.
Sorry to hear ,What about phoenix az
Sorry you got laid off. Sometimes a door closes so that something better can come along. Keep your head up, and wishing you the best. Also try looking for Government job, they are hiring
Boner time.
Tiffany, take heart. You'll eventually land on your feet. You might want to take a look at another field or career, just thinking out loud. I have seen the tech world change last 30 years and its ups and downs. The tech world right now is at an inflection point, especially with the injection of AI into the mix. I don't know the direction it is going to take, with the world economics on the knife edge next 3 years to sort itself out. A career longevity in a tech career is a suspect right now, at least in my gut feeling. You can slug out in tech next few years to see if it works out for you and to your liking. If not, grad school or vocational school can be a good way to switch careers while you are young and motivated.
“Its kind of like the employers market right now”…Newsflash its ALWAYS has been the employers market when has the ball ever been in the employees hands. Forgive me NOT sure if you do not like a career quit and find a new career opportunity. There’s the freedom aspect “Its kind of like the employees market” but when you’re burned…you’re burned 😂and being canned after 3-years stings bad relative to 3-months. Being let go cold turkey either way is painful. At this point screw these corporations; Gen-Z mentality.
