Is it much slower compared to cp3? I had f800r and then mt09, I don’t want more power then mt09 but also don’t want a slow bike. I am interested in 0 to 100 mph range how does it compare?

Hi brother, actually I have a problem with my vanderhall that when I turn off the engine the front & back lights stay on I can’t turn off even with the ignition switch in park position. I should disconnect the electricity from the main battery

Thanks. Hunting a 2016 down now, $8k used w/ 10k miles, looks to be well taken care of. That's Harley Sportster money around here, heck $8k just gets you started into Triumphs these days, and I've ALWAYS wanted a boxer engine. To my eyes, this is one of the best looking bikes on the market, period.

I picked one up about 6 months ago for $300. Clean title and 12000 miles. The bikes been sitting since 2008 and was dropped at low speed. It needs some cosmetic work and is missing some wiring, hoses, the tank is rusted and needs a new gas cap. This will be my first project bike so I’m not too sure where to start but I look forward to your tear down videos so hopefully I can follow along 😂 I want it up and running by this summer. I heard the engine seals tend to leak are they a pain to replace? I work on cars but never have worked on a motorcycle.

Who buys them new..?? I have 1 and got it used at a great $$..they are a killer ride.. but seeing a couple and there kid..no room for 3 person let alone 2..and in today's market young couple able to afford 1..40 grand is alot to swallow..😮

Such an honest review! I am watching this a bit late...not coz u did it two years ago but because I already booked it and there is no test ride bike available where I live. Two years have passed and would appreciate how you feel about it now? Much like you, I learn to ride a bicycle and a motorcycle probably the same year and agree its much about the experience rather than the machine, after going a full circle from low tech to super high tech R9T is one bike which has always been on the radar since it was launched. Will appreciate to know your experience with it as you are a keeper. Cheers!

In 2021 I bought a R model Slingshot. I was really happy with, but as time went by, I started not liking it much. It had terrible brakes, loud rear-end and the automatic transmission sucked big time. After 11 months I sold it and got me a 2022 Vanderhall Carmel and love it. It runs great and shifts like a well tuned car. Handles great.

Hey man, I bought a 2015 one a few weeks ago. I’ve had tonnes of bikes over the years. Mostly sport’s bikes and I have to agree with you completely. It is a great bike. The suspension is soft and that seems to lend itself perfectly to the riding experience. It’s not about riding at 120mph all the time. I never thought I’d love a BMW but it’s one of my favourite bikes I’ve owned. Great review. All the best from Ireland 🇮🇪 .

I've had mine for coming up to five years. I did at one point do the Helibars conversion which creates a more upright position. The difference was like night and day but after a week I realised that they had robbed the bike of some of its character, so switched back to stock. I have come to realise that BMW wanted to give the rider the true authentic no compromise vintage racer experience and I've come to truly appreciate that and besides if I want long distance comfort, I've got my R1100RS. That said even at 58 years old with a bad back I have no problem spending a day on my Racer. Don't be old before your time.

One of the best looking bikes, but what an awful riding position. I had a 2017, and sold it in less than a year. Sitting in stop and go traffic with this bike is pure torture. I presently have a 2021 R9T-719 model (Black & Silver) which IMO , is better looking when looked at in person.
