Wolfcraft Undercover Jig REVIEW- Dandy or Not?
Переглядів 17 тис.3 роки тому
So here we have it, the Wolfcraft Undercover Jig. I've used this tool in my 'Van Racking' video to GREAT effect. I thought it time to review the tool properly and give my say. As well as show you Beautiful people how to use it. I decided the best way to check the tool out and put it through its paces was to test it on both man made (MDF) and natural materials. Check out the review to make your ...
GLOWING Sticker Wall | Notice Board - EASY Fun Build
Переглядів 5494 роки тому
With the house move and workshop build quickly approaching, I'm keeping myself BUSY! So today Dandy Lion Creations introduces a fun notice board / Sticker wall build. My main reasons behind the build was to have somewhere to place Instagram stickers; but also I wanted to learn how to hide lighting. Watch the video yourself to see whether I succeeded! I'm hoping to be in the new house by mid Sep...
RACKING out my VAN | How did I do it? FORD Transit Connect.
Переглядів 151 тис.4 роки тому
I recently got a new Ford Transit Connect van. The existing racking that was in it was awful! So while I'm packing up for the GRAND Dandy Lion move and the new workshop; I decided to give racking ago. The timber was simple 6" planks with 18mm sheathing bolted on top. I made massive use of the WOLFCRAFT undercover jig. Which I have to say was a massive help! I've never done racking before but I ...
CUSTOM Wall Clock - Do It Yourself!
Переглядів 6434 роки тому
I've had an issue for a while like MANY people do.. I always lose track of time in the workshop! The solution? A DIY wooden wall clock. Using a 'Free Print' website/app for the custom Photo Tile; and a new 80 TPI mitre saw blade for nice accurate cuts. I have made a nice Dandy Lion Creations themed wall clock. Now unfortunately I wont have any excuses for NOT leaving the workshop.. The UK Free ...

In this video I make an INFINITY MIRROR table from start to finish! It has been a roller coaster ride with this channel growing so quickly! As a thank you for all the kind words and support I have received I decided to give this DIY table a go. I used 6 mm toughened glass, LED strip lights and a mirror. It's a simple YET very fun build. if you are inspired to give this build a go the overall di...
Sculpting SHOWDOWN - 1 HOUR Challenge (Super Sculpey Polymer Clay)
Переглядів 2,2 тис.4 роки тому
I had some SUPER SCULPEY polymer clay lying around; so what better way to give it a go than a Sculpting Showdown! Me and Meg both had half a block each to sculpt a Lion. So sit back and watch as two ABSOLUTE amateurs stumble through the world of sculpting.. This is a nice relaxing video after the craziness of the past fortnight. BUT a new build is on its way and I think you will ENJOY it! Stay ...
DIY Steampunk / Industrial COPPER LAMP - Homemade Lighting
Переглядів 3,2 тис.4 роки тому
I had copper and I needed a lamp. The result was this Steampunk / Industrial style lamp! I had a lot to figure out, from pipe connectors to planning out a homemade lampshade! All in all the project was a cheap homemade lamp that I think stands out! But as always there are improvements I'd like to make in the future. Always be mindful that electricity can be DEADLY! Always look at local electric...

DIY Pallet Planter - BUDGET BUILD
Переглядів 9 тис.4 роки тому
I decided to build a "Planter/ Flower Pot" at BUDGET prices. The spending limit I set myself was £10 (GBP) or $12 (USD). First I broke down some FREE pallets from a local building merchants. I then set about making a good looking (if I say so myself) DIY Pallet Planter. Hopefully this video shows you that woodwork can be not only useful but also AFFORDABLE! I kept well within budget and made a ...
OLD VS NEW- Modern Cordless Vs Yankee Screwdriver. Which is Top Lion?
Переглядів 1,6 тис.4 роки тому
I recently found an old unused 'Stanley Yankee Screwdriver' in my workshop. I decided to pit it against its new modern RIVAL. An 18V 5.0Ah Makita cordless drill. It Old Vs New, who will win? I decided to do a bit of research into both with quite surprising results! Watch as me and "Big Dave" go head to head with these two tools. Keep your eyes out also for Dice Tower Part 3! It is on its way, b...
Gravity DEFYING Floating Prototype- MAGIC? (Tensegrity)
Переглядів 6 тис.4 роки тому
I've always wanted to defy the laws of gravity. The result of this dream is a floating chair! Using the laws of Tensegrity I have designed and created a prototype FLOATING CHAIR. I needed to learn a number of new skills for this build, namely cutting angles other than 45 degrees. I also polished my very rusty sliding bevel skills. Moving forward I'm hoping to really go all out and make an amazi...
Wolfcraft Dowelmaster Jig REVIEW- Dandy or Not?
Переглядів 31 тис.4 роки тому
I've finally decided to review the "Wolfcraft Dowelmaster Jig" that I have used countless times in prior videos. I've even recruited Big Dave (my dad), again, to show a first time perspective of using the jig. The real question is whether this product is DANDY or NOT? Watch to find out. I'm NOT sponsored by Wolfcraft (or anyone else) for this video. It is just a run down of a product I have use...

I’ve been watching tons of DIY infinity mirror videos on UA-cam…. I’m going to make my own, and so far yours is my favorite - the light on the bottom, shining onto the floor is the extra little touch that makes it really badass!

Your design is great but you need a way to pull the middle chain tight in the end. That makes your table a lot more stable. I use hooks that go through the wood and i tighten them in the end you only neeb one in the middle it chages the hole thing.

how high do the support beams go? i’m planning to make one one of these but i’m not sure how high the support in the centre has to go, is it purely based on the measurements or is there a kind of ratio for it? i’m thinking around 3/4 of the way up but that may be too high i’m not sure. could you confirm this?
