HOW I BLEACH MY OWN HAIR // 1.5 Year Long Roots!
Hey everyone! In today's video i am FINALLY bleaching my hair. I hadn't done my hair in about a year and a half so it was very long overdue. I usually do a solid blonde with back to back slices on my entire head leaving no hairs untouched. But i decided because i never keep up with it, that i no longer want to have solid blonde anymore and a solid line of demarcation once it grows out. So instead of doing back to back slicing on the entire head, i am changing up what i do. And i am doing a full head of weaved teasy lights while leaving the drop outs of my natural color. I am alternating different weave size stitches to create a difference in the hair drop outs all over to create different dimension and so everything looks more natural and nothing is perfect or the same everywhere. By leaving out the drop outs of each teasy light, along with doing zig zag partings as well as doing the teasing, it will help create a softer grow out and it will soften the entire look. I will no longer hair a solid line of demarcation so if i do not feel like doing my hair i dont have to. My goal was for it to look more beachy and natural and not perfect or stripey, as well as getting rid of the solid line i used to have when it grew out. I show you step by step everything i did from the bleaching techniques i did and how i do it on myself, as well as the toning. Thanks for watching everyone and if you have any questions about anything dont forget to leave a comment below!

I wish she would have shown us the back of her hair! If you pull the back of your hair forwards, you are over directing it and so will end up with a V-Shape at the back of your hair. I want a home video that will give me a rounded U-Shape at the back.

I have very thick, wavy hair. My hair was just so long I couldn't take it anymore. I seen other complicated videos and was about to give up until I saw your video. Simple!! Although I point cut my length off instead of going straight across, it turned out perfect thanks so much!!

Seeing the toner strongly on the sides of your hair suggests damage. Try buying a satin pillow or wrap your hair at night with a silk scarf. I have the same issue and it keeps my outside hair nice. (The outside strands interact with friction and sun and are prone to damage

I was able to cut my hair today, myself! Even as a trained beautician, I'd only ever cut my own bangs. I was fine cutting everyone else's hair, but cutting my own in the mirror was always too much struggle. YOU made it easy for me. Thanks so much!
