    I am consistently told not to speak in meetings, voice the shortcomings, risks. Some managers complained that I am intimidating just because of the speed and depth of thought I have. These reasons are consistently playing to block me from growing. Essentially, I have to follow exactly I am asked to do though it’s BS, act as a ‘yes man’. Besides, my race and color being an Asian Indian adding against me. It’s like how an inferior person know so much. I just don’t know what to do

    Everything is workplace discrimination, what about being a customer in a store who gets discriminated against and told to leave for no reason? Where are the lawyers for that or what should I do to get help? All the lawyers I speak with only deal with stuff in the workplace

    What if their brother and son work at the mill and I’m experiencing harassment over jealousy from the boss and everyone over a 19 y/o female. My trucks been keyed at work, I’ve been suspended and they drained my sick time while gone, they wrote me up for ofla, boli is now involved but do I do more? OSHAs been here already with 4 sites. Same guy who keyed my car tried walking through me in a safety meeting. There’s so much over the last year. I tried going to hr and he opened his palm and said people names and I’m the common denominator, and don’t poke the bear. It got bad enough Samaritan almost got involved and gave me the info for boli.

    Suck the money you parasite because a company will give you a deal so you can stop and you tell the person they have this only option. Unless you can exploit a higher case for your reputation to make your lawyer to get more money. Don't be fooled by these scum

    This is a current situation I’m looking for advice on and would sincerely appreciate any help possible. I was sitting next to my soon to be wife when she received a phone call from her employer. This employer is WVU. She had 2 properties that she had been contracted to clean for them every two weeks. During this call, her contact stated he wasn’t calling about the properties, he was calling for personal reasons. This was to invite her to lunch alone with him. And I quote “this has nothing to do with the properties” He’s a married man with children and she’s in a committed relationship which she had previously informed him of. She declined the advance because the obvious nature of the call. Him saying things point blank like “this has nothing to do with the properties, I just wanted to know personally if you’d like to have lunch with me”. Still. She was very polite about it to her credit. The next message she received from him was asking if she’d still like to remain employed there. Why would that status change exactly? She’s been happy to have the contracts for over 3 years. At this point I called him back (since he had just recently asked how I was doing after hearing about a torn bicep injury) and on the call I asked him why a married man, was soliciting an engaged women to meet outside of any work context for “lunch” and then asked her if she still wants the job after she said no. He claimed this was common practice for him, he just wanted to get to know the contractors better that were working for wvu. I said well then I apologize, we’d be happy to meet you for lunch anytime. Needless to say that call never came. In fact, we haven’t heard from him since. The jobs were done, the invoices submitted, let’s just move on she decided. 5 months past. Then she shows up at a property that’s almost 2 hours away like she’s been doing for 3 years, only to be told someone else had already been there to clean it the day before. Figuring there must have been some mistake she reached out. The reply was “I’ve been inspecting the properties a few days or a week or so after you cleaned them since March (the time of the personal advance) I found dust in a closet at one locations and a dead bug on the window sill at the other, therefore you’ve been fired. Zero notice, zero warning. Absolutely nothing. Her annual contract was just renewed in July mind you. He claims he had been doing these inspections for months (again, only starting the same month of the call) and yet not one time did he communicate a single issue to her. Prior, all the messages received were glowing praise for her work and attention to detail. He claims he took pictures of these things. The funny part is, so did we fully expecting this sort of retaliation for declining his unwanted advances. Extra, almost ridiculous attention to detail was taken knowing scum bags like this do sadly still exist. This included cleaning locations no one had even stayed in since the last cleaning. Toilet paper still folded etc. I am afraid she’s not the first woman he’s done this too which mean she won’t be the last either. I am trying to help her figure out the best course of action. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated, even if it’s just pointing us in the right direction.

    I wanted to just say thank you very much for this very insightful video because now I know that I can most certainly pursue a wrongful termination case. I really don’t know how much this is going to end up costing me however, I do know that I was discriminated against I do know that my sexuality has been brought up numerous times since new management had taken over and I know that my mental illness has been portrayed all over the place in my previous employer. This was all I needed this video was the absolute gold mine to make me confident enough to actually pursue in legal ramifications so thank you.

    I got fired today. The supervisor that did it sent a secondary supervisor to do it. He admitted to me that he knew this was wrong and that the real reason for this is because the company wants to get rid of me after I became disabled, breaking three bones in my foot. A week earlier the gave me an excellent performance evaluation.

    Well before the pepole start yelling a screaming about wages. Why doesn't the state start looking at the landlords And being greedy plus realtors that rent houses and apartments. These pepole over price the public just for greed. Tax the heck out of them and landlords and Realtors can not raise rent on public. You have to be forceful. No matter how much the landlords and Realtors cry. It will come down. Tax the heck out of them. As for you pepole the more money you want the more prices go up. And you know that. Then you'll want more money sorry but that's inflation. Problem lays in Salem and lawmakers paying more attention to homeless. And not inflation and getting it down. Kotek doesn't care only homeless. Keep up with wanting more money you'll be joining the homeless. Due to landlords and Realtors. Stand up to kotek

    Termination usually makes the company have a protester until getting paid, and holding the company accountable via scrutiny. In CA you go to jail for taking on the city project contractor on public protesting

    When I settled pro per, the NDA was done under misrepresentation. So it’s null and void. The corporation. Has done criminal conduct to cover up all liability and has it’s Law firm here in CA on the hook for criminal conduct done in open court

    Los Angeles bid rigging city projects are protected. The case is too hard, too expensive, and all the players are big wig connected. Not that I don’t have a valid claim… it’s just not something anyone does in CA. I have to file pro per. Coz statute is running out. Please help! This is wishful thinking unless I put it to practice. I don’t belong in jail for bringing this issue to the public

  • @khalevramirez7155
    @khalevramirez7155 Рік тому

    I’ve been jailed in CA for blowing the whistle on city project for my ex employer. No one can help me fight this coz it has too much money around the big players who hide my documents to the public. I wish what this lawyer says was true. It’s not my reality. Corporations will jail and take the livelihood of anyone that stands in their way to city hall bid rigging. And when you the evidence, you spend time in jail for going public… That’s Los Angeles for you

    As a single man, I do not agree with this ridiculous program. Just another cash grab and excuse to steal more of my hard earned money. I already have child support payments garnished from my paychecks. Now I have to pay for complete strangers and their maternity leave and whatever else? I can barely support myself even thought I work nearly 60 hours a week. Is this not a democracy? Was there no vote or even an option to opt out of this? Most single men around my age and similar struggles with child support obligations are barely holding on as is. To put even more weight on our shoulders to support other's when we aren't even fully able to support ourselves is incredibly greedy and obviously biased solely to benefit women and the consequences of their choices at our expense. We shouldn't have to financially support every women who gives birth or these women who choose to have sex, but want an abortion or adoption instead and can safely have 3 months full pay that the rest of us working men have to pay for?? This discrimination against single men like me who have enough on our plates is outrageous. The qualifying scenarios are so obviously gender biased and focus on the needs of women who have a much greater probability of qualifying than men do and therefore it is so inbalanced and sexist.
