Thanks a lot man. You can find the water material in the engine folder in unreal engine, also no need to enable the water plugin. The floating foliage is from a procedural ivy pack, you can find it in the epic games marketplace. It's a blueprint btw but you can easily convert that into a static mesh for performance reasons.
