[Music Video] Legend of the Court
Lyrics
On the court, we drop beats, you better watch out We the kings of the game, no need to doubt We got the handles, the dunks, and the style Legends of the court, going mile after mile We bring the heat, burning up the floor Dribbling skills that will leave you wanting more From Kareem to MJ, we honor the greats Their moves and their legacy, forever resonates Legends of the court, we bring the sound From the playgrounds to the big league town We shoot for the stars, we won't back down Basketball legends, forever renowned

1:07:23 I totally get where Iverson is coming from as a Utah fan. It's such a heartbreak. Nothing but respect for you AI, total warrior. This guy wanted to play 48 minutes 82 games a year and all playoffs and wanted to win as much as anyone.

Could Iverson run the triangle and be as successful?

The team assembled in 2001 was actually perfect. His teammates would've ran through a brick wall for Iverson. That playoff run should have left no more questions about Iverson the franchise player. No one cared about the off the court problems, media made them worse

28:50 A pure soul that just wants to play the best basketball all he can for the ones he cares about, plus another master soul that is patient and tolerant enough to keep the relationship continued, Larry Brown would've been that father figure AI lacked but needed so badly growing up Seeing AI still in tears when thinking of not winning the title for his coach teammates and fans, shows how much he wanted to win, he's a true fighter

On paper this sixers team had all of the accolades that year: Coach of the year 6th man of the year Defensive player of the year Reg. Season mvp #1 in the ECF But in reality the Lakers were just too much for them. At least the sixers ruin their almost perfect post season run by taking game 1 and the iconic A.I step over Tyronn Lue finishing the game with 48 points.

Larry huges and Matt gieger should have never been traded for mutumbo only thing mutumbo had was blocks larry huges and matt could score, Matt a had jump shot, he would have brought Shaq out, free Lane and as far as Larry huges he got busy, he would have gave kobe problems. Meanwhile Chuck could be chuck. Wrong "changes" smh Larry Brown.

P.O.S. You were incredibly rude & disrespectful to Coach Larry Brown. He admits he saw Brown as a “white prison guard” barking orders at him. Iverson was racist… there’s no way around it.

During my high school period, I have two favorite teams - Chicago Bulls and Hornet, funny enough the reason for Hornet was because of the Trio - Mugsy, Alonzo and Larry. The fast pace Hornet is so much fun to watch, and I still remember everyone shouting Mugsy in the game!

Thank you, Muggsy. From a 45-year short (5'3") white boy that managed to be the only cracker to make the team throughout middle and high school. Bird was my idol, but you were my inspiration. I cried like a baby when we lost Reggie. It hurt so bad. Great Doc producers, nailed it. One love.
