    You definitely should use all 4 holes for even weight distribution. Personally, I would have checked for a stud to drill into before use using only anchors. The stud is MUCH stronger and then use the anchors to distribute the weight. And yes like others have said, you didn't need the drill bit.

    • @JohnKlick
      @JohnKlick 3 роки тому

      They held fine with 2 holes, but obviously 4 would be better. If you did use the stud like you said it would be much stronger, but you definitely would need the drill bit.

    Stimulus will not result in inflation because the stimulus only offsets a fraction of money that was not generated due to unemployment and lockdown of businesses.

    • @JohnKlick
      @JohnKlick 3 роки тому

      Yes, but more money is being printed into circulation that didn't exist before. In 2020 around 20% of all USD in history were printed!

    • @James22426
      @James22426 3 роки тому

      @@JohnKlick But the money being printed will not offset the dollars lost due to layoffs, lower net wages, decrease in business hours, decrease in commerce, and businesses folding. Morevover, Fed can print 90% more money but if business are closed, demand will not increase because commerce is halted. People/Business can't buy when businesses are closed. No demand, no inflation.

    Thanks for doing this review John. I really loved it, and your positive vibe. :) Thanks you look great too. I read one review on Amazon where this lady said that with every step she took, the engine slowed a bit under the pressure. But she was like 145 lbs, I'm sure you weigh more than that. So how did that feel for you? You said it seemed good, but just thought I would check that particular thing because according to that review, she said that the constant slowing of the engine with her step sort of made the pace jarring, and made her nauseated. Probably just a super sensitive lady, but just wanted to ask... Thank you!

    • @JohnKlick
      @JohnKlick 3 роки тому

      Appreciate that. We need to have more positive vibes all day, there's already too much negativity in this world! That's correct I do weigh (much) more than 145lbs. That's the main reason I got this treadmill, so I can melt some of this extra weight away. I agree, she was probably super sensitive. That being said, it's definitely not as smooth as a pro treadmill you would use at a gym. The belt does press down on the "floor" of the treadmill when your feet push into it. After using it for a day I was used to it. The main thing is that this is a low speed, walking treadmill. If it was meant for running, what she said would have more merit. Personally , I've never felt any negative effects. The one thing that constantly surprises me is how long I am on it while on the computer without even realizing it. I'm at 55 minutes and 43 seconds as I type this! I would much rather have that time moving than sitting on my butt!

    • @guitarsz
      @guitarsz 3 роки тому

      @@JohnKlick Oh yeah, I now, I really can't wait to get one. I HATE sitting all day...and I just know this is going to give me so much more energy, not to mention, increase my productivity in terms of the work that I have to do. Thank you again for the great review. Looking forward to you desk one...This does seem like the best one in this category from what I can tell. I have about 17 lbs I can definitely lose...doesn't seem like much but when you pick up two 10lb barbells and think "so I'm essentially carrying this extra weight around" it's a lot of extra pressure on the knees when exercising, and is just not necessary...I'm sure this is going to help...I haven't purchased it yet...but I'll make sure to comment when I do.

    You could have literally just drilled the anchors to the drywall as the are self-screwing anchors. The drill bit kinda defeats the purpose of those specific anchors. Just punch a tiny hole and screw them on the drywall. But i wouldnt trust those anchors for the load of the mount.

    • @JohnKlick
      @JohnKlick 3 роки тому

      I understand your concern about the anchors, but they've held up so far and seem super solid. According to the packaging they should be able to hold 4x the weight of these (by my estimation, I haven't actually weighed the Neewer) If I had any doubt, I would first use anchors in the bottom 2 holes to double the support. You could punch a hole, I just preferred the drill because it is cleaner and more accurate.

    I have three of these. They're a great solution. However, I can tell you from experience that drywall anchors are NOT the right way to mount these things. 85lbs might be the published limit for those, but it doesn't take into account something that you handle and move around a lot. That WILL loosen over time, and if you aren't super careful, it might fall off of the wall. On top of that if you accidentally mount it near a joint btwn two pieces of drywall you could end up with some chunks of drywall coming off the wall with it. It's not that hard to find a stud in the wall near where you want to mount the arm. You should use 2.5 to 3" constructions screws to mount this to a stud. The washers were a good idea, though.

    • @JohnKlick
      @JohnKlick 4 роки тому

      You're correct that it's ideal to use the stud. If it was a TV mount I definitely would, but this works. Actually, I'll tell you a secret; I only used 2 out of the 4 screws for each boom arm and they are still hanging solid. The washers must be the secret ingredient!

    • @patbollin
