Czy Johny czy V to na koniec tylko engram. Oboje nie żyją. Jedyne zakończenie z żyjącym V to zakończenie z dlc. Podobno najgorsze a jednak jedyne w którym V żyje.

Najlepsze zakończenie jest takie, że podczas szaleńczej zabawy V z Panam w łóżku, ona przez przypadek nogą wypina mu ten chip, jakimś cudem nic się nie dzieje a V zostaje uleczony. Johnny zostaje wgrany do jakiegoś tableta i V ma kolegę na komórce. Potem po pijaku wkłada chip Kerry'emu i Johnny zmienia powoli pedzia na heteryka:D Po jakimś czasie Kerry nie ma sił by stawić czoła Silverhandowi więc zanika, a Johnny wraca, dołącza do starego składu Samuraja, naturalnie bez oryginalnego Kerrego i gitara :P V znika z Aldecaldos ale utrzymują kontakt z Johnnym i Riverem.
