Useful video - a member of our family is looking at a 2 year old Persimmon starter home. A tip on keeping the heat out in the summer. Good insulation should definitely help to keep the heat out during the day, but holds it in overnight. So in a heat wave it's best to close the windows and blinds from mid morning, especially on the sunny side of the house, then open the windows wide early evening and overnight

I don’t tend to add fresh fruit or veg to our grocery delivery orders because I am almost always disappointed by the condition and quality of the food. What you got looks really nice, though. I would be interested in seeing what you suggested regarding a comparison shop video (between this and your other local shops) and how you feel about the value of this service long term. I think the fruit and veg all looked really good. I'd definitely do it again if I was you. Usually I like to pick my own food which would put me off..but all yours looked good x
