are you happy with the saw? I have a Delta 16" bandsaw I bought 30 years ago (I am 75 now) and thinking of getting the Rikon.....does it come with a miter gauge and rip fence?

why all this extra work? Once you determined an issue - self leveling concrete does an amazing job... depending on the age of your home it could still be settling (so your floor may or may not even be level anymore). I worked as a tile installer for years I don't see the value in using a little bit of floor leveler and then grinding high spots. Just cover the whole thing and trim the bottom of the door (if needed). Plus it is an unfinished basement - other than a trip hazard was it worth the effort?

Buying is nice b/c you'll always have it, but in this case (hindsight being 20/20 and all) renting a big dog might be the way to go. I'm looking to buy your model right now, for light duty and drilling, but I may have to rethink getting a bigger tool. Thanks

Hello, I have a question, for some time now my Ford Focus, when it is already hot (and I have turned it on and off several times during the day), has started to make a noise in the cabin like an exhaust noise (like a hard honking noise, as if it had a motorcycle stuck to the side of the car) but it can only be heard at idle and on the driver's side but it is as if it were coming from the passenger side, and I have noticed that it goes away if I let the car rest for a long time or if I accelerate it at high speeds revolutions... the cylinder compression test has already been done and all 4 OK. If I put the car in drive or reverse and release the brake, it goes away, but if I stop completely and it returns to minimum idle, the noise returns, neither reports Misfire or check engine

hi I need to level out a basement floor but it looks like the corner where the concrete was originally poured is very high. I’d say it’s about 4-5 inches higher than the rest of the floor just in the one corner. Is grinding my best option or should I look into pouring self leveling concrete or both?
