I'm glad you put the 315 attempt back in the rack once you felt it was going to be tough. Personally I would not use collars when you are not using safety spotter arms when lifting heavy and have nobody there to spot you but that's just me. Good rack and nice video. Thank you.
Is this treadmill still working?
Ty I will get one
Can it be stored on it's side rather than vertical?

Hey there. Thanks for the vid. just wondering if you could comment on a 2 year review. You mentioned on your 1 year review that the buttons were peeling. How is it now? It's still available for sale in December 2023 at $1075 from Amazon but not from Echelon. I think its discontinued. But I have limited space requirements like you and I like the simple design. Please comment.

Is there heart rate monitor on the stride ??
Thanks for the vid. Very informative. I wasn't sure about a few functionalities but watching your review helped me make my decision. 👍👍👍
Did you even use it lol
looking good bro
Does anyone know how to clear the lubrication alert after you've done it?
So I'm 5ft 9 and about 145lb and run at least an hour a day, every day. You think this'll take that sort of beating? Speeds are 11-12kph I've got a 4 year old Norictrack that's on its 2nd belt and rattles like mad. Wife's gonna kick me out of the dining room into the garage soon too. Do you think my neighbours would hate me if I used it in a garage early hours? If you're in the basement, how much noise does your wife hear upstairs?
For those wondering about the Echelon Stride S here is some much needed information. The Echelon Stride S is almost completely dependent on the Echelon app. Once you connect the Stride S treadmill to your Wi-Fi and the app it is almost impossible to disconnect from the app. The challenge with this is that certain key pieces of information such as workout time countdown or amount of time you workout can only be seen through the echelon app. They will no longer be visible on the treadmill's console. Without the app your workout progress will not be saved. It is very annoying to see the letters APP in the location where workout information would normally be seen on the console. The Stride S treadmill requires regular firmware updates in order to function. Attempting to do the updates without the app is tedious. Also if you do not want to use the app or you don't want the treadmill to constantly be bugging you to connect to Wi-Fi so you can connect to the app, you have to do a hard reset on the entire treadmill. Will return the treadmill to factory settings. This is not an easy process either. If you decide to use the app but you don't use their subscription service, you will be constantly bombarded with ads. If I had known all of this I wouldn't have bought this treadmill. Returning the treadmill is difficult because they require you to pack it up yourself. The deduct return fees. Tech support is awful and warranty support is poor. Buy an extended warranty from another company. Just check the fine print of the extended warranty because most of the extended warranty programs do not cover the app which is necessary for the stride S treadmill. Personally I would advise staying away from all of the echelon treamills. I can't believe that I'm stuck with something this expensive.
how satisfied are you with this purchase? is the machine still working? have you had any problems with it? 🤥
Here is some much needed info on the Echelon Stride S. The Echelon Stride S is almost completely dependent on the Echelon app. This may not be a problem if you plan to use the echelon subscription service indefinitely which requires the app. If you decide not to use their service, buyer be aware. Once you connect the Stride S treadmill to your Wi-Fi and the app, it is almost impossible to disconnect from the app. The challenge with this is that certain key pieces of information such as workout time countdown or amount of time you worked out can only be seen with echelon app. They will no longer be visible on the treadmill's console. You can only see them with the app where you will also be bombarded with adds. Without the app your workout progress will not be saved. It is very annoying to see the letters APP in the location where workout information would normally be seen on the console. Returning the treadmill is difficult because they require you to pack it up yourself. Echelon sent two burly dudes to lift it out the box in My Home, but now expect me to put it in the box without help to return it. So now I have to pay additional cost to hire people to pack the treadmill and Echelon will charge a fee for returning the treadmill .Tech support is awful and warranty support is poor. Personally I would advise staying away from all of the echelon treadmills. I can't believe that I'm stuck with something this expensive.

Why are the dashboard lights flickering?
Good review. 👍 We're trying to decide on a treadmill and space is a big factor. This might just fit the bill. Thanks for the heads-up on the app. 🇺🇸 Subbed
Check out the Echelon Stride Sport. It’s sold exclusively at Walmart for less than $700 with tax and shipping. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, but it’s solid. I just got mine today and I’m very impressed.
Glad it was helpful!
@@aj1918could you please tell us here running belt size of it ?
Great review man 👌🔥👍❤️. Pura Vida
Thank you!
thanks
Those aren’t additional dumbbells on your left side on the floor? If not, that looks like a perfect place to store them til you get a dumbbell rack.
? What are the other 2?
Hello my friend, where did you get those rubber tiles? please answer thanks!
Amazon
You can see the entire frame bending and flexing, while she's just WALKING on it at low speed. And when she runs, it looks like it's going to crumble apart. This should be priced at $500, not $1300
I think that might just be the cushioning action?
You didn’t used a 400$ subscription instead of buying a cheap dongle for the TV or a cheap tablet ?
Your wife is a doll.
Why do men like us tiny women.? My hubby is pretty big as well. LOL.
Curious to know, how has the Echelon Stride held up after nearly 2 years?

Hi I’m looking for a treadmill my husband 5’7 and I 5’0 ranging from 140-190 pounds usuall run 5x week for about 40 min. Would this treadmill be able to handle the use?
Do it shake when you run on it?
how to tighten nuts? Mine are a bit wobly even though i attempted to tighten it. What wrenches to buy specifiically? those 5/8 nuts and bolts are not easy to tighten! please advise if possible!!
Thanks for the video, you really solidified my decision on purchasing the Echelon Stride. Cheers!
Do you have to subcribe to Echelon in order to the use the treadmill?
Hello. I watched another review that mentioned the belt skipping occasionally, it wobbled at higher inclines and the platform had little to no suspension. What are you opinions on this? Finally, I watched another review that says the motor HP is 1.75. Is that correct?
That’s what their website says. I have been looking into the CHP/ HP importance and it seems to me that the main issue is to do with over exerting a small motor for constant running... I think for the average user CHP/ HP shouldn’t be an issue, but if you want to do high impact long distance running on it all the time, the machine motor wont last that long and you will need a new machine or to get the motor replaced. But for £1,599.00 I would expect a better motor tbh, its way more expensive compared to similar treadmills in the market, they can do better... I think.
Love the setup you have with the LEDs installed. Gonna copy this from you lol
Your video got right into it instead of plugging a persons channel. Thanks! Mine took 4 months for the echelon S. Its 2022.
good job.
Thanks brother👍☺
