Hello so quick question. If I apply this upcoming March/April. Hypothetically do interviews summer 2025. When would I start PA school? Fall 2026??
Can a H4 Visa holder do the course of physician assistant?

Nice and superb video sister iam 52 years old ihave ardms in sonography did my mbbs from Pakistan in1997 can i become a pa in gynaecology or family medicine do yu have any link
Are physician assistant and medical assistant the same.?.. I’m currently and img in mx and planning on moving to us
No, from personal experience Medical Assistants are able to assist a nurse, nurse practitioner or provider but they don’t have the ability to diagnose or prescribe medication the way a PA or Doctor would. It’s more like vitals, assisting in minor procedures, some do ekgs, things like that.
Is PA completely different than med school. And can i get into medical school as 3rd year student or in anyway?
Can you make a video about being psychiatry PA and put turkish subtitles as well? My english is well enough but i still want subtitles😅
Thanks.
Hiee... I'm from India.... And I want to be PA in USA So can u suggest me any UG course in India....so that would lead me to do PA in USA
are there PAs in neurology?
Very informative🫡
It’s like u read my mind! Thanks
Smart is the new sexy 🔥
She looks like Vanessa Hudgens!
Sorry, but Dentistry is better. Flexible hours, good job outlook, paid slightly more, than PAs.
Yes but dentistry is a speciality the person has to want to be in. Very repetitive and if you’re becoming a dentist it’s obviously more years in school than a pa. If you go the hygienist route that is Super specialized and repetitive with a small scope of practice
Laura, definitely your love of people and the Lord is evident! ☺️🙌 I was excited to see your video as I just started as a program assistant for a new PA Program at my alma mater 🎉 It is an exciting field!! It would be cool to chat with you about being a PA and even just where things currently are for ya 👍 Either way, thank you for sharing!!
Great video, I was wondering if someone can help me with a question I have. I have my bachelors degree and almost all my prerequisites. I'm only missing several classes. I would like to take them at my local community College, I have seen in more than 1 PA program that they only accept classes/prerequisites from 4 yesr universities. Is this a common thing? Also, what are your guys opinions on retaking classes? For example, my worst science grade is AP1 with a C. Should I retake it? Thanks in advance and any help is appreciated.
Laura, is true a PA needs always to stay with a supervisor, like a doctor? How is it? Could you explain, please ? Thanks a lot

Is there is any exams for PA from India to work on US
In high school, i had the choice between a pharmacist and the PA program. I regret not choosing the PA program. I feel like i chose the wrong answer on a test 😢😅.
It is never too late! Life is full of surprises and choices, I've found people always find the path they were supposed to take even if it is not the fastest one ;)
Nah show us YOUR paystubs!!
I finished my PA degree in India can I apply for job in US
This is not my area of expertise, but I do know you have to be accredited in the United States to work as a PA.
Please,my question is about the salary Do you get paid every month,or every year?
It will depend on the business, but typically it is twice a month or every other week.
Hello, thank you for this video. It was super helpful I’m considering pursuing this career. But as a female in her mid-20s, I’m worried about the short time in to start a family and juggling that work life balance. Do you feel that having this career but also 3 to 4 kids is possible?
One of my favorite things about the PA field is the flexibility versus other advanced medical tracks. I've worked with many wonderful providers that have been able to both juggle families and work as a PA. Good luck!
What are the conditions for Physician assistant to work in the United States?
They range from place to place with varying responsibilities and roles. Some are high stress and very demanding (surgical) whereas others are less chaotic (outpatient clinics).
This was a great video! I’m also from Colombia so I love seeing my people succeed! I’m currently in school to become an MA but the end goal is definitely PA
¡Buena suerte!
Wow this video is perfect timing for me! I'm about to graduate with my B.S. in Public Health and am currently applying for clinical research roles, but I've always had an interest in PA school! This definitely solidified my interest <3
Is PA a stem course? Please reply thanks
Hey! PA is typically a degree or major. There are many interesting courses within a PA program :)
Hi I'm from Bangladesh. I'm a physician Assistant. I have completed three years diploma, Bachelor degree and Masters of Public Health (MPH). I'm a government employee as a Sub-Assistant Community Medical Officer in 06/04/2008 to 28/04/2023. I want to do Physician Assistant job in America. What can I do now. Please help me.
Hi there fellow PA! I'm not an expert in international PA certificates, but do know you have to be certified in the U.S. to work here. Best of luck!
Hi, do you revise personal statements? Could you review mine
I’m in my gap year… torn between PA and med school… any advice?
PA was the choice for me due to the work/life balance, but both are awesome options to help people!
Fees of this course !?
It depends on the program and school but will run in the 10s - 100s of thousands
Thank you so much for making this video! Just an FYI for future viewers, you can actually apply for your NPI as a student (PAEAonline has a great video for this), but you need your license for the DEA
I just have one question, when you said Bachelor u mean bachelor in what major?
You can do your bachelors in many majors, you need to meet the pre-requisites of each program before you can start. I did mine and Biology and Biotechnology. Hope that helps!
I had a classmate tell me that if you go to school in one state you may not be able to practice in another state with different regulations and what not. Example going school in texas and moving to california for work. I thought this was incorrect when i heard it because the PANCE is a “national” certificate but this person swore that was the case. Any information on this topic you can provide? also great video I am making a playlist of helpful PA videos for the future and I added yours to it!
You have to apply to be licensed in each state and graduating in a state doesn't necessarily grant that state's license. I can say from experience, that when you move to a new state it takes several months to get a licensed in the new state.
Is it very expensive to go to PA school?
Unfortunately yes! :'( However often PA school will lead to better opportunities after graduating!
it would be feasible to have online consultations, open other dermatology private in other cities and have your own line of cosmetics
Hii I'm Dr.Manas MBBS,DDVL from India... Can You Please Guide Me Regarding PA Course For An IMG Doctor... Thanks In Advance 🙏🙏
Do you HAVE to prescribe meds? Like is it a requirement where you are monitored to see if you are prescribing meds?
Every place will be different. Many colleagues that I have worked with have worked in roles where prescriptions are not part of their job, you can also consider integrative health, which is more preventative focused rather than medication oriented. But as a PA you are allowed to prescribe.
Hai Ma'am Iam MD doctor from India Can I work as a PA ,i just finished my Undergraduate degree called MBBS equal to MD in USA Now I want to come to USA as primary route i can take PA Help me is there any entrance exams for International students to study PA
This is not my area of expertise, but I do know you have to be accredited in the United States to work as a PA.
Which course is better in Health?
Anatomy classes are very useful!
I am retired military and strongly considering PA school here in Texas. I earned an MBA while in the Army in 2009.
The PA degree is a very useful and in high demand. Many of my classmates came form different backgrounds and unique experiences such as yours only makes the field more adaptive and industrious. Thanks for watching and thank you for your service :D
