Epic madness!!!
Amazing
This roulette dares might be one of the best ones, like a bird feeder
This music doesn't even sound possible
My mind is melting
I love this band
this version of rapid fire from that omar solo record just destroys the goliath version. i also love cedrik's marge simpson era
This band is one of the best bands I've ever heard.
is "crashed the stolen plane" slang for shooting up? asking for a friend.
Eugene is in prison for cocaine possession so the euphemism might have been real.
One of the greatest bands of this century.
Agreed!
I agree
Easily
Where can I brag about all my artwork signed by them 😊 with Ikey
more like the greatest band of all time

thank you for sharing
Thomas Pridgen 🤘
It's so groovy how maestro connects first voice ... And then - direction - oh gosh this music is so underrated
This group is not underrated or overated. So many people say the best of the BEST are underrated. 🤔😵💫
Dude - Omar maestro central
god this set is so fucking good
5:24 Thomas Pridgen it's a fuckin beast.
Pretty sure it’s Blake Fleming on the drums. I think Pridgen came later.
@@dullboy4005 nope. It's Pridgen. There's video of this show .
This is soooo good! I wish they would release a double or even triple disc live performances set. With the first disc being from tours following the release of deloused. The second disk would be from this era with material from deloused, Frances, and Amputechture. The third disc would include material from tours after Bedlam because who cares for the last two albums? lol ps. It should also include a link to download interviews, footage from being on the road and any other random footage that isn't exactly music. Considering Omar's talent for video editing The whole thing could even be something akin to Led Zeppelin's "The song remains the same" (Not the song, the DVD of their live 1973 Madison Square Garden shows)
Brilliant idea and would love to see that. Would buy.
If TMV or someone out there did a full compilation with their Studio cuts, & live performances, they, or them would CASH IN $$$. 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕. 8 SLICES, Large Pie. One Xtra, just because.
Such a fantastic band but there is zero live performance where the mixing is good enough.
The 2009 Rock Werchter proshot vids are pretty solid
Checkout the Deloused - 2003 Maida Veil sessions they’re beautifully mixed
The eletric ballroom was pretty on point
SETLIST MONSTRUOSOOOOOOOO
LOVE IT in 2020
i was at this show, it was the secret DAIMOS show!
whats the secret DAIMOS show?
@@liiilliil3297 it was a secret show and the name they played under was DAIMOS. its the name of a moon of mars so that was kind of the clue. i only found out about it thanks to my homies at the comatorium forum
@@ramzizzle is the coma still going strong?
Deimos?
That drum break on Turnstile Blues is crying out to be sampled.
1:16:30- tetragrammaton (ORL intro lasts until about 1:17:05)
1:12:11 Vermicide
Monster performances - Cedric just *ucking crushing it!
This shit is wild as a bitch
That is one beast of a setlist.
i think it´s the best hahaha
Beastmasahhhh😏😶🥶
I'm sitting here after a longgggg day, finally chowing down one F*k of a crazy huge Deep Dish Slice 'o Zaa. Earbuds in. VOLTA.
thomas pridgen was 23 O.O
Something tells me this was deantoni, not prigden. I could be very wrong tho
@@Chucklehead617 Pridgen was still on board at this time
@@stario yup, D never played wax simulacra
it was Pridgen.... you can feel by the way he plays.. chaotic and explosive, without being too "mechanic"
Wikipedia.... On October 14, 2013, Mars Volta bassist Juan Alderete said on the podcast Let There Be Talk, that "He's an amazing drummer, just not a mature dude. One night, he got super wasted, peed on the bus, started fighting with Cedric
this setlist is fucking awsome
Is there a download of this audio you can share?
So good.
i was so in love with the demo versions, even still listening to future perfect in 2017, i prefer the demo versions. all autolux is good for the lungs though.....
I usually prefer demo versions too. Sure, they don't sound as good as a clean studio recording. But more often than not the DIY production usually makes the band try harder and with demo recordings you get the uncompromising vision of the band before a producer steps in.
@@georgepaul5612 Me too. The raw sound is much better for alternative rock.
Every track a poifect 10. Sugarless is my jam.
+lordkarel I can't believe "Future Perfect" didn't even make it onto the record FUTURE PERFECT! It's just bad luck...
@@lordkarel the track Future Perfect can be found as Change My Head in their lastest LP Pussy's Dead
@@lordkarel tough I like this version better
Sub'd
Love it! different from the album versions.
yeah!
This is incredible! I'd love a copy...
