I'm going to come at this two ways in total agreeance. Relationship wise, some older black women, including family members, give younger black women bad advice when it comes to dealing with men because what they ultimately don't want to see is you succeeding at marriage and family as a young black woman in her 20s and 30s. For a older, lonely, and bitter black woman to see a young black woman succeed at marriage and family, it goes against the narrative that many older black women use to explain why they are single such as "men are all dogs", or "men are not marriage oriented", thus shining a light on the older woman proving that her own approach to relationships and the type of men she chose were all wrong in her younger years. Rather than let this happen, they rather give you bad relationship advice, causing you to blow many good options in men during your 20s and 30s so that you can end up lonely like them, and thus make their false narrative against men and relationships seem true. Education and career wise, some older black women give young black women bad advice when it comes to pursuing higher education and careers, simply because they don't want that young black woman to succeed beyond them at a younger age, again, especially some women in your family. For older black women in your family or neighborhood to watch a young black women do the seemingly impossible and become a well educated and well paid Nurse, doctor, lawyer, pharmacist, engineer, scientist, technologist, psychologist, accountant, veterinarian, politician, educator, business woman, etc., makes them question what they did with their own youth and breeds jealousy and envy. Rather than watch young black women succeed and become envious and jealous of them, many older black women rather discourage younger black women from their educational and career ambitions. I am a educated black man, and by me not being narrow minded I can clearly see what's going on in my community for both black men and women. Even when I was in college, I could see the older educated women who were professors and administrators trying to dim the light of the younger black women that were students. The older educated career black women did not want to see any of the younger black women succeed at a faster rate than they did back in the day. Some older career black women on campus didn't want to watch young black women achieve in 5-10 years what took them nearly 30 years to achieve, so they try to either slow down or completely destroy the success of younger black women. Please don't mistake this as a generalization, but some (not all) black women were taught to see men as the 'opps', the enemy while trying to pursue successful careers and relationships. These women never realize or at least want to admit openly that many of their own women will try to destroy their ability to be successful and have healthy intimate relationships, sometimes more than men do.

😂😂 well you look 17 but it's not a bad thing and some of us 40+ look younger not because of immaturity 2) we give advice if you take great ya don't well then you don't.. 3 ) we grew up in a time where we weren't allowed to Express ourselves or our opinions growing up or we have had to be out parents parents when we were young y'all couldn't have handled what we went through or lived through ... Y'all younger ones express selves and if you had gen x parents many of us allowed our own kids to express themselves ... And while society has shamed aging that's also their problem not ours we are taking back ourselves and doing what we gotta do

Religion is a tool for mind control, which in the form of Christianity or any non-African religion, upholds white supremacy. It also siphons money from people individually and the black community as a group into the pockets of fraudsters and scam artists.

The Powers That Be promote only one "storyline" or legitimate way of experiencing life as a black person in America for many reasons: 1) it is a pressure relief valve for black people's grievances and gives false hope to those in those circumstances that there is a way out if only they are talented enough or work hard enough 2) they want to perpetuate negative stereotypes of the group to society at large 3) they want to keep black people stuck in particular way of thinking or interacting with one another and not looking for real solutions, etc. I'm not sure if this is where you were going with the video but those are my thoughts.

I don’t see the point of a college educated boulee-est type person talking about POOR CRIME RIDDEN black issues. You are so far removed from it that. You wouldn’t survive in those conditions yourself. Focus on issues of people of your race at your wealth, income or status. Let’s those who have a connection to growing up toting a gun or selling c rock talk about that struggle. Street 🥷 ain’t tryna hear that from a college educated weak appearing black person. It’s not going to resonate with the street. *Let someone who made it out and changed their life have the platform to speak!!!*

💡 the biggest issue is that it's white supremacy that promotes degeneracy in the black community and demonizes black excellence. Black people aren't dumb they unfortunately take advantage of this situation and ws has capitalized on the different circumstances of black people while constantly making them fight each other. What black people see as fun, games or humor, ws project this as degeneracy or factual in the culture in a demonizing way which leads to Clout chasing.

6:00 Much of our historical and cultural experience has been underlined by struggle. I believe it has had a catch 22 effect; on the one hand it's inspiring to recount the obstacles we've overcome collectively, on the other hand we're consumed by this struggle mentality and we nurture it to the point of it being to our detriment. This mentality is further promoted by rap where every rapper will have you believe they're "from the streets" when many of them are actually suburban/middle class and will go out of their way to sabotage their own lives just to fulfill this "struggle" image and narrative. As you said the middle class black is seen as "whitewashed", "less black", "black boulee(or however you spell it)". Take that guy Quavo for example; he's an internationally recognized rapper in one of the most successful rap groups yet he's shooting dice with riff raff on a Saturday night. He loses some money somehow the situation escalates and his cousin Takeoff is unalived. This was an unnecessary altercation and death. No other genre of music has artists unaliving every other month. This is a cultural deficiency and we have to stop tiptoeing around the issue and trying to be politically correct. It was vhuqing u1QQ3r stupidity. I'm sorry to talk like that but it's out of control at this point. I can edit the comment if you don't like me talking like that. 10:29 black American culture in general does not value education outside of the assumed perceived status it gives. We're obsessed with appearances, faux or perceived status and feel good or empty symbolism. This can be alienating to the more scholarly and intellectual black leading them to form these relationships with people outside of Black American culture. This has a cultural brain drain effect. While I can acknowledge that dwight zupr3m@c has played a role of course in all forms of our social engineering, there is a point where we are complicit.

Thanks for the character censorship. I’ve always said that the people who need to learn and need to hear it are the ones who refused to listen. Those that are aware understand.. you’re right in the sense that we will always be complicit because so many people don’t have an understanding why we support destructive mediums. So much to unpack in your comment but thanks for engaging!! This is good.

Sociopathy and Narcicism are behind a lot of success in this world. When you lack empathy you have nothing holding you back from doing underhanded things to climb up the ladder. I believe facing constant criticism can encourage narcissism in some cases. I also think that in a lot of cases people are just born with a lack of empathy as it is a natural disorder. I also think there's a difference between narcissism and creative delusion. I think a lot of creatives can be discouraged by others time and time again and still work toward their goals without developing sociopathy because I think most creatives are just born delusional lol. Thus, they have no need to develop a social coping mechanism like narcissism to deal with discouragement. No offense to creatives btw as I'm speaking as one. I think creative delusion and narcissism delusion are two similar patches in the same quilt yet different as one aims to creativly exspress itself which can in extention service others. While the othet only aims to service the self.

I'm not too sure about this take, because this could possibly implicate or even passively "justify" that black female domestic violence survivors tend to have a loud "ra-ra" disposition and are also weak... As if somehow that is a general correlation, and that can be a harmful presumption. I would however agree that the loudest, most boisterous individuals are most likely lacking in self-esteem or a healthy self-image...or acting out as a trauma response.

Regarding the loudest...I would say it is so with about 97% of them; and very much so re violence it is 🖤 men and 🖤 women. There are the few loud ones (in a soul transition) that are figuring out who they are, maybe trying to bury trauma and talking/doing to keep people from getting close to them because rage is there. Beware. ⚠️This just came to mind this very moment...it's a caution for someone.

I hear and agree🙏🏽 Though, it's heartbreaking to watch what many draw to themselves. A vast majority do not realize life and death is in the power of the tongue. They are raining upon themselves the curses they sing while listening to that sellout music. As well, bad communication corrupts good manners involves those parents that are allowing young children (and themselves) to hear the filthy sellout music; actually allowing corruption to build strongholds in the children's mind, heart, imagination and will. They must speak life to where they're heading and/or where they want to go and where they want to be🙏🏽
