This superset for back was performed after our heavy work on pull-ups. 3 sets of weighted pull-ups. Then three sets of this superset. The three sets were done reverse pyramid (heaviest to lightest) with rep range of 8, 10, and 12 on the lightest set, to ensure we went to failure!

Be sure that you are landing softly, absorbing the landing into your squat decent, then explode up. Immediately go to the duck step. Here, we went with a slightly lighter weight than we would use, because this was used to warm us up for heavy squats.
