Time-lapse view of the 2018 4th of July Parade in East Longmeadow, MA as seen from Squad-246. Our Antique piece, Engine 51 (or "The 51 Truck") also made an appearance. We took home trophies for "Best Antique" and "Best Pumper from the 2000's".

On May 12th, 2018, The Somers Fire Department conducted a tanker drill with mutual aid departments. Tankers were filled utilizing the dry hydrant on Camp Rd, made the trip down Stafford and Mountain Rd and came back to Camp Rd to dump. The dump site contained 3 dump tanks. On Saturday, 04/21/2018, Personnel conducted a pumping drill at the Mill Pond in Somersville. Personnel established a draft using Sq-246 and flowed the deck gun. Cadets were utilized to flow an additional 1-3/4" handline using both a fog nozzle and the nozzles break away smooth bore option.\ Music: www.Bensound.com

Looked to be a very well organized water shuttle. How many GPM were you able achieve.
firefightingmailman Cannot remember for sure. We had 1500’ of LDH between the drafting pumper and the pumper flowing water. Believe we had a few master streams going. Again, as far as exact numbers I’m not sure.
