@@chitarrediuncertolivello Grazie
Can anyone address the extra jumbo frets on this guitar? I fear my heavy handed play may cause the notes to be fretted to sharp.

See UA-cam 🤗 demo: “Córdoba Stage” IKEBE Channels: enjoy Flamenco contemporary guitar playing on the Córdoba Stage 🎶. The Córdoba is as stated in its design title: ideal for the “STAGE” guitarist! 😁
Yamaha Better for Classical solo musos. Córdoba Better for Flamenco 💃 and Popular 🤗🎶 music as it will cut thru the sound stage band of musos mix much better!
I own an ad20sm and the usa one sounds more balanced. But I love my ad20, and for the price I'm tickled pink. And the quality is amazing to boot
I don't think these two guitars can be compared because the scale and materials are different. Both make use of the characteristics of the material. However, Martin has a longer scale, so it has a powerful sound and glitter, and it has the depth of rosewood, so many people will choose OM. For YAMAHA, the warm sound of mahogany is attractive, and the sound of the middle range from the scale is wonderful. Actually, I also have this FS5. 🙇thanks from 🇯🇵
Bellissima
The Yamaha is warmer and richer
You convinced me not to buy a Cole Clark. Thanks
Belle le chitarre Larrivèe
To me the Martin sounds much better. It's louder and has more crisp. But one has to keep in mind that the Martin is much more expensive than the Lakewood.
Yamaha.
There was a bit more body with the Lakewood. I'm a fan of both guitars...
which amp you use? yamaha thr30AII, or fishman loudbox? which amp is better on these two guitars?
I don't use any amplifier, the guitars are recorded directly into the AX I/O sound card. If I had to connect them to an amplifier, I would choose ACUS ONE FORESTRING
Both excellent guitars
Cordoba Stage is NOT designed for using an external acoustic or condenser mic. It has two internal mics。 Its main strength is exactly to get rid of the external mic to reduce onstage feedback and enhance the plug-and-play capability which most classicals lack of。 The on-stage setup of condenser mic for acoustic guitar could be time consuming and is undesirable in a group environment。 The host should have plugged the Stage into an acoustic amp. In the past, I used Shure SM81 for my classical and acoustic guitars even on stage for better quality, but I had to carefully combat on-stage signal feedback. With the Cordoba Stage, I will have good direct input into my Fishman Performer on stage, because its opening apertures are small, its internal mics will be less impacted by the surrounding sound waves and less likely to create feedbacks.
Thank you
Cole Clarke wins hands down.
The Cordoba was never meant to be acoustically mic'd up, and I've already got a classical acoustic if that's what I want to play. The Fishman system sounds better and more natural than the Yamaha. Easy choice for me.
Obviously Cordoba is not designed to play acoustically, but it allows it to be used for practicing without a lot of volume and may be useful to some. The Fishman system is very good and returns a natural sound.
I am with you. The Cordoba has two built-in pickups.
I like that he used a microphone, because this way I can at least get a glimpse of how it sounds without plugging it in (for practice etc.)
I'll take the Yamaha.
is this a joke? bruh….it’s laughable to compare these two guitars
I don't think it's ridiculous to compare two different guitars at the same time, whatever they are, because this is the only way to clarify your ideas about a guitar
And yet it was exactly what I wanted to see
Come sempre analisi tecnica completa e perfetta: bravo
Meu namorado comprou essa guitarra ❤
Thank you. I own a Yamaha NTX700C and was thinking about a Cordoba stage guitar. You just saved me $700 give or take as the Yamaha is the better guitar to my ears. Note, that my Yamaha has a rubberized oval sound hole cover that snaps in place easily. I've never used it in a loud stage environment but imagine it blunts any feedback advantage the Cordoba has. If you do not have one for your Yamaha, Thomann has it as the Yamaha WQ769800 Soundhole Cover for about 14 dollars US.
Bellissima chitarra 🎸
Auguri 🎉
Grazie 😉 Auguri anche a te 💫
I'm in market for one of these and listened to dozen videos, yet to try in store but have played other versions of these (SR70 & FL1). Still cant make up my mind - but - I think this video shows the Maton articulates the finger picking a bit better than CC which seems to mellow out a bit - however as i'm predominantly pick player, it might be the CC for me.
Martin has so much more punch, larrivee is not my thing, too ringy but good for many people and especially strummers
I HATE that mic on both guitars, but I hate it less on the Yamaha. The pickup systems are night and day, but for my money, Cordoba's is the clear winner. Though it would help the comparison, to have the Cordoba in tune.
Can't do the comparison like this, Cordoba Stage is Semi hallow-body and Yamaha NTX is full Hallow classic body.
Lol i dont think you paid attention
He just did!
🎉👏
Grazie Paolo 🙏🏻 🤩
Splendida performance di voi due!
Grazie!
Ciao! Grazie per per il video :) e complimenti!
Very nice!
Thank you, nice comparison and nice playing. It was very helpful to hear you play the same bits of music on each in order to compare. Acoustically the NTX is fuller and sweeter than the Stage. It's analogous to comparing an acoustic dreadnought to an ES335: the 335 (like the Stage) is meant to be played primarily through the electronics (even though it's audible unplugged) whereas the dreadnought is meant to sound good without electronics, but could be plugged in too. Both sounded good when amplified, but still different. It is easy to imagine the NTX would be more prone to feedback in a loud band environment. Can you please post the clips without the reverb? I love reverb too, but it obscures and clouds the comparison. Excellent work. Thanks again!
a me non sembra Ap5 pro vedi minuto 2.10
Hey, great comparison! I have to say though, I can't help but notice that the Eric Clapton for some reason sounds a little off, like it was bad tuned, maybe? It throughs these weird sounds in the thinner strings, or maybe it's not set up well, I dont know. The OM Mayer sounds flawless, like a brand new guitar. Perhaps its due to the difference between the Elixirs and Martin's. But anyway, there's definetely something weird there, if you really pay attention you'll know what Im talking about.
