Since there's no rev counter, and that procedure is aimed at warming up the engine and circulating the oil, I’ll just wait ten minutes after turning off the bike following a ride. This will give the oil time to settle, allowing me to check and top it up if necessary, keeping the level between the two marks, all while the bike is on the center stand. I don't have a manual, but that's my approach. I've always done maintenance according to manuals, and I feel this video is somewhat misleading.

Small tip, rather spray the chain grease on the inside of the chain. This lubricates the contact surfaces of the chain with the chainring better. 😉

The explanation is not so good First of all the right size screw of the adjustor is the opposite way - in my bike its straight. second thing, first of all you need to close the 24 mm nut and then to tight the adjusters - if you tighten them before close the nut the location will be change...

Instead of this, agree to it that the machine is faulty and its need an another go at R&D center. I have already changed my chain set with sprockets 3 times, odo reading is 16532.

I will never buy a bike from RE again. Their service centre are shit they denied the issue of chain sprocket in SM650 and blaming it on everybody's riding style. I'll rather save my money and go for kawasaki or triumph.

Nunca se lubrica la cadena por la parte externa ya que al rodar la fuerza centrifuga hace que ese lubricante salte, siempre por la parte interna que es donde tiene contacto con el piñón y plato y la fuerza centrifuga lleva el lubricante al exterior

What about riding the bike in rainy reason?

I tried as per the DIY video to remove the pillion seat and frame with the Royal Enfield toolkit but not able to unscrew the bolts of the frame and 14mm spanner given by RE toolkit has broken, the bolts are very tight and not as per the torque mentioned in the video. Also, Royal Enfield must improve the quality of nuts and bolts for ShotGun and Super Meteor 650 segments since for this bike cost, these segments must have quality nuts and bolts, the threads are getting slipped for being so tight.

Hey, i bought a hunter a week ago, have done appox 85km's I actually drove it on a rainy day and attracted some mud.. i want to wash my bike so should be doing the lube thing on the chain? should i clean my chain deeply?

You are saying the Top of the mark is the maximum oil level. But showroom labours telling the second point level is correct for oil level, if you are filling up to maximum level then the gear system is very difficult to handle. What do I ? showed this video to the showroom mechanic, but they told the above the same.

You are correct in showing this. But in some service center they clean the bike only after taking it to outside shops.

New shotgun 650 have a gear shifting issue and 5-6 gear is slipping. rear wheel has a big play when the chain is tight enough. i complained but RE service engineers putting oil in the clutch wire 🙄. They are not accepting that bike have a problem. according to them the bike is good and they will not do anything! They underestimate the customer knowledge even he is a Mechanical engineer.
