Not sure what you're talking about. The forums and comments everywhere I've seen praise these seats as being comfortable and I agree, definitely comfortable! If you're comparing them to the normal seats of course they won't be as comfortable, they're bucket seats...

They are the best seats!!! For those that think they will be uncomfortable, it’s 100% NOT TRUE! They feel great!! They are worth every penny!!! If you are big, they are probably not the best option. I never had any concerns with mine, even on long trips! I disagree with you, my car was a daily driver and I loved them. (*my first G80 was hit by an illegal immigrant and totaled, they are building my new one now.)

Our backyard is sloped and so we were told we needed an engineered wall to hold our fiberglass pool and the patio. Our county said we needed a soils analysis and when that was done they found the dirt to be “too soft” to hold the weight even with the engineered wall. We are now told they have to dig out about 6ft of soil and replace with gravel. This will add significant cost so now we are debating if we should even get a fiber glass pool and if a concrete pool will be more structurally strong/stable since we are on a slope. Is a concrete pool better for sloped land?

130k isn’t too bad for concrete, pebble tech etc. we are shopping now a small 28x13 rectangle salt pool is 65k with pavers, we are gonna go 33x 15 free form, 4ft to 6ft deep, some planters, led lights salt chlorination, heater and travertine with extra deck space and deck jets with spill bowls that double as fire features for approx 130-140k. It also includes the cage with 15ft ceiling to enclose it.

It’s amazing how myopic the public are on this M5. Most of the whinging is coming from America where gas is €0.75/litre. But guess what? Gas is really expensive everywhere else. America is 4.25% of the global population. BMW have built an M5 that addresses taxation issues and becomes economical to run in the rest of the World. They didn’t just make it heavy for fun.

That’s exactly what I did. Gave back my M3 and ordered a new M5 😅
