NINE LIVES - ARTFIGHT MASS ATTACK - SPEEDPAINT

Hi everyone! It’s been a busy time and I haven’t been able to post much, but I have been participating in Art Fight and having a BLAST! I wanted to do a mass attack (all the cool kids are doing them!), and after an extremely fun hour of scrolling through warrior cats OCs on the site, I was drawn to these nine in particular! They’re all leaders, and they’re all so beautifully designed. I wanted to do a little scene exploring what I could gather from their personality changes over time, as well as design changes and whatnot. I hope I succeeded in doing so!
I thought it’d be a nice touch to record a speedpaint, for my first mass attack. But I haven’t done a speedpaint in years, and I really fumbled the recording… the quality is so, so crunchy. I apologize. To try and make up for it, I’ve added some extra drawings throughout the speedpaint. I hope y’all enjoy! 😊

A quick, rough animation I've been working on on-and-off as a warm-up! I've mostly been working on still videos (animatics, PMVs, etc), but want to make sure I'm still animating and practicing... oh my god i literally cannot put into words how much i adore this. all of your designs are AMAZING (especially brindleface’s, i’ve never seen a take on her being a calico/tortie even though her prefix is brindle lol!) and i love the little scene with ashpaw (i believe) at the very end. i wish people talked more about his relationship with brindleface! i feel like her death was the first straw for him

This is so good! I’ve longed to see an animation about this! When people hear “brindleface” all they normally think is “oh yeah, she’s was eaten by dogs” but I think I saw another comment saying this, but she used to follow tiger around and enjoyed his company as an apprentice! Ashfur also held this against tiger, I forget which book, but I’m pretty sure that at some point he mentions how tigerstar killed his mother. You did a wonderful job with the animation too! 🤌🏽👌👏🏻💋❤️

This video really makes you think about how incredibly horrific Brindle's death was. Tigerstar killed her to use as food for dogs so they'd get a taste for cats. Like, thats incredibly messed up (obv all his other actions were too), and it would be interesting to see an AU version of TPB where they really acknowledge the horrific nature of the events taking place. This is a phenomenal pmv though, the art is stunning and the song choice is brilliant. Amazing job!

For this PMV I used Paint Tool Sai for drawing the pictures, and Clip Studio Paint to put them all together, make them move, and add the text. I'll try to make sure I put all my programs and whatnot in the descriptions of my videos! 😊
