I don’t intend on playing tournaments (I hate playing competitively) but I’m curious why opaque sleeves are required for big events? Why should it matter how you sleeve or don’t sleeve your cards? (I personally don’t like sleeves)

Logos under Sanctum?! Are you high?! Shadows number one?! You're fucking crazy! Judging by the time of this videos upload, I would suspect that this is evaluating the cardpool only from the very first set. Also, bait and switch has been eradicated to not be as busted as it is as printed. I know this a rat came out after the date of this video, but Shadows is still ridiculous because it is the house that directly messes with Amber, which is the entire win condition of the game.

Hi! New player here. What should constitute taking a mulligan? In MtG, if you had no lands or too much high-cost cards, it only made sense. But in this game, what should I look for in a starting hand? As many of the same class as possible?

I have a dis/shadow/sanctum and a library of the damned which is excellent to archive shadow cards until your opponent has some amber. Real nice little how ya do!

I found a unplayed deck decksofkeyforge.com/decks/0f4a45d6-aa17-455b-9963-1eab6d8c642e the big problem here is mars. It have only one creature in this house. And half of the cards in mars need mars creatures to work like Red Planet Ray Gun, Swap Widget (useless), 3x Squawker (can use only the stun), 2 x Psychic Network (can steal only 1 and only if u have ur unique creature in play), Mothership Support (can do only 2 damage and only if u have ur unique creature in play). that is the fist deck that i opened, got realy frustrated, but now i found a playable deck

2 wardrummers would be super powerful with a lot of play abilities, but that is why they made the rule of 6, so no more than 6 of the same card or copies of the same card could be played in 1 turn.

I have a deck that has multiple of the cards that don't repeat key hammer and lash of dreams name : Hammer Conna Giantstaff

I think choosing to mulligan an opening hand with 2 Dew Fairies, Nocturnal Maneuver, and Fogbank is incorrect. Dew Fairie is a great turn 1 play threat because it generates aember twice as fast as an average creature and is elusive. Having 2 of them, and the means to keep them alive for at least 2 turns (barring direct damage removal) by exhausting creatures and preventing attacks is a very strong opening.

Good vid!..one of my decks is unfortunately a broken deck. It's a Mars, Brobnar, and Shadows and out of 8 games using it I've only won once. I've used it against 3 different people including my wife and it still gets destroyed. Mars decks equal a big thumbs down.

The chain thing is wrong, you lose a chain even if you don't draw (5 cards)

I've seen several tops of keyforge houses and Mars is always sooo low. But, my greatest deck is a mars one and some other of my really ggod decks are mars. Mars is so good, but I can hear one fact, it's the most "random" house (with logos in my opinion). I explain, if you have 12 great mars cards which are in synergy (for my example, 9 creatures (1 dominator, 2 tunk and other good ones), the cristal hive, the key abduction and the only meh Biometric thing) you are so good to go. But, if you get a random non synergical 12 cards, the deck is not going to be good AT ALL. So maybe not n°1 house but definitely not the 7th! (only my opinion of course)

To be honest, it seems that in this game mulligan penalize you nothing (unless you've got a really good hand) so i guess you can allways yolo mulligan, since at the end of the turn your hand will be full again.

can you clarify your clarification regarding chains? Specifically, is it that you only shed a chain when the chain(s) you have cause you draw fewer cards at the end of your turn? The example you gave was if you are holding six cards you would not shed a chain. But if you are at 5 cards and have 2 chains, you still do not draw any cards but you would shed a chain, is that right? And if you were at 5 cards, 1 chain, and affected by an opponent's succubus, you do not draw, but do you shed a chain? Thanks!

if you have 5 cards on hand you lose 1 chain ... , because hand number is 6, you have to draw 1, but -1 for the chain, so you don't draw but lose a chain ...

Why discard key to dis? It’s an artifact, so it doesn’t matter if you’re ahead on board when you play it, it’s just removal on a stick.

Dominator bauble is universally terrible first turn first player play.

It sounds like you wrapped a piece of copper around a ball of tinfoil and stuck the other end into your computer and then you walked into a different room and recorded your entire audio from there. lol but for real. Great video. But I would definitely invest in a microphone.
