Depends on how consistent the data is for the time I’m rolling.

It depends on time, you can even see it in the in-video comments in this video (time changes, probabilities change). I also have weird probabilities, I wonder what the best time for this method can be...

@@stribijev thats true but it feels like no mattet what the day i never have clear patterns like for example multiole 43,44 back to back or 43 3 times then a 41 and then 43 again. My patterns are all over the place. It starts with mayve 42,41,42 and 10 rolls later (within 15 minutes) all of a sudden i get 44 which never popped up before. I have lkke 3 godly pieces with relic manipulation but 90% of the others are just fails. I assume he is rolling in the afternoon or morning but who knows

@@neppy4921 I mainly roll mornings my time(7am-9am). 9am - 1pm my patterns are usually unpredictable so I avoid those times. 1:30pm it stays predictable to an extent. (There’s a random 10 minute slot where it’s unreadable then goes back to normal. Each hour changes up after that( there’s a time window of 2 hours being consistent) I don’t really roll at night my time. Edit: my comment here applies to my Wednesdays. Thursdays 9am forward is better. Each day is different from my own personal experience. Relic drops apply to how fast you clear it and the team you are using. It can be slow. It can be fast. You just have to find where it’s most consistent. Auto-battling is the easiest route for that.

Stick with your own data. So yes the string record sheet. Cause the data on the main sheet does not take into account the time you are rolling. Your RNG changes with time. I honestly only use the main sheet for 3rd and 4th upgrades. If I’m aiming for the 2nd upgrade, I go for my own data on the string record sheet.

@BigBoiPnoy another question, so the rng changes with time, which means the rng pattern likely changes every 1 hour of the server? So after the time changes, do I need to test again on some relics to see the new pattern?

Yes do your test strings. There’s weird anomalies where strings are unreadable within like 15mins also randomly through the day. Then it goes back to the data you were using before it went weird. There’s also time windows where data doesn’t change for 2 hours. It all depends what time you roll and day.

@@hendra-de-suga yep yep. Just have those materials for me to do it. Honestly I had a hard time on RedEyed’s account…. He had a lot of relics that only had 1 useable substat… I got lucky on his account for a lot of the rolls… cause even on my own account I only do this stuff on relics that have 2 useable substats.

As stated in other comments on this video, I cut out footage of me farming denny/getting more material(either getting more disc EXP or dismantling the purple/blue discs for materials back). Compared to other Hoyo games where ZZZ is relatively new still. My other videos(like my HSR one) barely has any cuts between my upgrades since i don't have to farm/dismantle things. I have way more materials/credits(denny). All hoyo game upgrade systems are the same so I'm sure I don't have to explain much further.

​@@BigBoiPnoy Appreciate the explanation! I would encourage you to do a longer version of this kind of video without cuts. Period. I would have loved to see the portions where you're farming more disc EXP or disc dismantling, or at least having those portions in one contiguous video at x2 or x4 speed. To me, it makes this theory, and what you're doing, more believable. When I see cuts in a video like this, I become very suspicious; It's comparable to clever cuts in a videogame speedrun video to trim down overall time and get to the top of the leaderboard. If this is not possible to do a video without cuts, I will understand. Thanks!

@@MarsBarsTECH honestly I cut it down that short cause of viewer retention…. No one watches my longer videos… if I didn’t do that I’d be uploading videos that are 2 hours long. Honestly once my video hits the 20min mark my views just dip…. Hence why I followed this format of videos below 10 mins for my recent stuff…

The idea is to do your tests. If you see no consistency. Wait an hour. Try again. Same time that doesn’t look that bad for 12 times. Your commons for that hour window was 42 and 44 I’m guessing. 43 being your uncommon and 41 being super uncommon. You can still take advantage of those patterns in that time frame. If you are starting from the 4th line and have relics that have substats you want on lines 2 or 4 go for it. Which is also the same if you go start from the 3rd line making 33 and 31. That’s only if you have relics that only have 2 lines of substats to force start onto the 3rd line. With your tests honestly I wouldave went with it and tried to level relics that have substats wanted on lines 2 or 4 and a substat that I don’t mind leveling on line 3. But once again overall. If you didn’t like your outcomes. Just wait for a different hour then try again.

@@BigBoiPnoy Thanks a lot, I appreciate the expanded answer. The problem is that I am trying to level up Iron Cavalry pieces and all I need is Break Effect, nothing else. I also need to get better body relics, and they also just need Crit Rate or Crit Damage, so I have a really hard time now :(

@@stribijev honestly this is why i only use relics that have at least 2 useable substats for the character I'm building. When I built FF I had relics that had a combo of ATK%/Speed/Break effect in the substats. For single line sniping it's possible but needs more luck even after you know your probabilities

In the video where you are tracking you lines, some has for example 43, other 4334, if i'm understanding this right that is because you need an upgrade in a specific line(in your main relic) and you need to change the upgrade line, so in the second case you have leveled up on different relic lines 4/3/3/4

@@ItalianBreakdown longer pattern strings like 4334 are if you don’t want to pay attention to time as much. The 3rd and 4th upgrade you can go for using the main sheet. For the 2nd upgrade( like 43 alone) go off time and your own test ipgrades

Most players that do it say doing it yourself is the best way to learn. I’m and honestly I don’t even go off the main sheet that much. I go off my own personal data more during the process. I can say at most the discord members can try their best also to help. They are more active than me. On my end I’m barely available unless it’s my off day from work. Even then at most I can do on those days is play max like 2 hours 🤣

@@Avi_XIX19 I won’t be doing anymore tutorials. Honestly I do the same thing on all hoyo games… it’s all the same method. If you watch the HSR one and ZZZ one… it’s the same method. I plan on doing it on other players accounts now

I started doing this on HSR. Then spread it to the other hoyo games. For HSR we have a lot of data to back it up. So if you did do this 2 years ago. It enforces that you were right.

@@BigBoiPnoy Yea I tried teaching people it but it was so complicated I didn't have a concrete idea of how to explain it. But you guys refined the method nicely. I'll be honest, I made such cracked artifacts two years ago while playing Genshin that playing WuWa now makes me think that Genshin has a better system. But then I remember I was manipulating subs lolz 😆 Really happy you guys have a better tracking system though cause I used to track mine with a pencil and paper 💀

@@ZerefCifer707 pencil and paper was the way to go. Honestly I bet right now if you joined us you’d fit right in. Cause honestly this whole thing started with a bunch of players that hated how the Artifact system worked on Genshin. Seeing it happen again on HSR made them go this route.

Yep yep all correct. It’s not really luck in this case. You are just calculating probability at the time you are rolling and taking advantage of it. Which is not cheating. You are basically doing what you did in school for the method… taking down notes and applying it to a test(which is basically your main relics)

I don’t got time to stream. I used to for HSR. Then released bro I’m a parent with a full time job. Im a casual player, and I do this stuff for fun, I don’t grind all day every day like all the other players on genshin. Which was the whole point, casual and I hit top 1% no sweat. As stated on the video description. Do you really want to see me roll for flat HP for Zhongli? That’s literally what I was doing. And are you talking about the examples? I was teaching for the first part of the video. My upgrade session was done the day before. This video was recorded on 2 separate days and edited to 1 video cause my time is limited. Wednesday was used for the session. Thursday was used for recording examples to teach. Did you not notice that? EDIT : I think at least the clothes I had on should’ve been a dead giveaway that shows this video was done on different days. Teaching example and upgrade session.

It’s not guaranteed like I said in the video…. 50/50 is better than thinking everything is 25% each hence why I only upgrade anything on any hoyo game I Do is at least the gear has 2 useable substats. From there I almost always snipe those 2 substats. Cause I know my 2 highest probabilities through testing my own upgrades at the set timeframe. If you want a better session go look at my HSR one… it’s the same thing.

@@BigBoiPnoy Appreciate for the feedback. About the livestream, man, you can do it, 1 or 2 hours in a month with just a little effort. About the other rolls, yes, I guess even the HP flat are good to see because this delivers a better proof concept and also show failed rolls. I'm saying that because is pretty easy to say that once in a while inevitably one piece or another will end being good or just a coincidence with what is presented by the spreadsheets. I'm talking as person that want to believe on this, but I'm having a bad time to make it work. Sometimes it looks good, but few moments later looks really distant from probabilities. What makes me think that should be coincidence and not a true thing. For example, I was able to make a piece proc 41 41 41 41 (four times in a row), but right after all the next rolls were bad and not following any pattern. Immediatly I thought it was just a coincidence.

@LeonhartMobile time messes with your probabilities that’s why. Hence why I did it at a certain time frame. It’s all the same time frame and same day done on all the hoyo games I did the method on.

What I do here is just a fast version of what I did in a previous video which I do suggest to watch in the beginning
