    In mauritius we peel and grate the root part and we put some ginger garlic and oinion paste .some chilli flakes ,salt and sugar. And cornstarch .mix very well. And a handful of the mixture make in a round shape .fry it in medium heat till it becomes a little brown and crispy. I like it that way.and it something quite expensive in my country.

    What a great farmerJason is caring for the wildlife on his property & even transplanting trees for it! So unlike those huge monoculture areas in our WA wheatbelt that were stripped completely of native vegetation, are merely wheatgrass meadows for part of the year & manmade deserts for the remainder!

    I’m sure biodynamic farmers tend to put a lot of care into their practice, and this care will undoubtedly have a positive effect on the products they produce, but the spiritual and astrological stuff is of course bullshit. If this pseudoscience motivates the farmers to care more than that is a net positive, but it takes a bit of a naïve personality to actually believe this crap

      Thats just your ignorant opinion with no basis in reality. Youre the naive one. Explain to me where your consciousness derives from and explain the countless scientificically observed after death experiences. And then explain to me where the earth and cosmos originated. If you cant explain this and much more, you have no basis to tell people "spirituality" is nonsense.

    Carnivore Diet is proper human behaviour. Ruminants make soil - Crops make dirt. 7 days without beef makes one weak. Pay a farmer for healthy food and not a doctor for medications.

    I watched a lot of my fields wash away last week in heavy rain. There isn't much topsoil, mainly red clay. Gullies formed in them. I was thinking about how to capture all that rainwater and prevent losing all the clay. Swales seem to be it. And I get waterer for my pigs! And recharge to the perched aquifer that I have 2 wells in. And habitat. Wow.

    Wonderful. I'm also trying to find a way to feed two horses and two sheep on a much smaller piece of grazing land. Swales are a good start. I dig them by hand, hahaha. The process of shaping grazing land in a different way, with many more different types of plants, grasses and herbs, and seeing how everything wants to grow in the months that follow is fantastic.

    Hey, I am new to the topic bush regenerating, I guess cutting down the tree would be disturbing the soil to much at once or what is the idea of slowly killing the tree? We are in WA and are challenging ourselfs getting rid of many golden Sydney wattles , they are taking over our native bush . Greetings

    • @bazzamundie
      @bazzamundie 5 місяців тому

      As he alludes to in the video, if you simply cut the tree down with no form of treatment, the Camphor will coppice out and eventually regrow in to wide mess of new trunks. Camphor laurels produce an oil in their leaves that most often inhibits native plant regeneration. I'm assuming that by using this technique with a fungi inoculation, you would also be partly breaking down any potential soil toxins. Are you looking to remove the Acacias without using any herbicides?
