In sphere you worked on primitive mesh I guess try change to polygon mesh in sphere properties

Hi you need to install aces color space by default it's RGB color space. there are lot of tutorials on UA-cam how to install aces color space inside houdini

Hi retime node is interpolating between the frame range i used the default settings . With the help of this node will get the in between frames information
