8,000 on previous set of Michelin tires. Vety even wear. Worn on inside of fronts and bald on top on back tires. Took the car to Tesla to complain and get alignment. They says the car was aligned. And today 7,800 on current tires. I'm not sure what to do. 2020 Model S Performance. I drive like a grandmother and may accidentally get up to 80 accidentally on the few times i get on the highway (maybe 3x on the highway in the latest tires).

This person again comes up with the old chestnut of (and I quote) "Heavier than traditional vehicles" without stating what "traditional vehicles" are that he's using for comparison. I'll bet he's never done one. I have!! My 2023 Model 3 - 3862 lbs (manuf specs). My 2021 Acura TLX - 3756 lbs. Tank of fuel 113 lbs = total of 3869 lbs. Do the simple math and the Acura is heavier than the Model 3 by 7 lbs. My Acura has never been quoted as having excess tire wear but the Tesla has. Either no-one is checking facts and specs or someone is just regurgitation what others "have heard".

Currently drive a Model Y--not far or often, but hard when I do. I get more mileage out of the Tesla mounted tires than I did on my '68 Volkswagen. And it was light weight with only 53 hp--which I used to the max. I think my Tesla does just fine with tires even with me in it and, of course, I know how to make it do much better. Since I just upgraded to a Performance Y, that is probably not happening.

Is it worth paying extra getting a certificate from discount tire ?

Not sure where you’re located but in the northeast, where winters are substantial, that 307-mile summer range can easily, and frequently, get down to ~180 miles on a full charge when the temps are 0 degrees and below.

All of my friends get about 20K miles out of tires.

They do have Model years now, because if you order one now, youll get a 2025. And when you look ar inventory it specifically states the Model Year now.

Well, I just paid $500 tax, balanced. Etc in Austin tx, for new set of 19" tires for my model S. They are as quiet as the OEM tires and have 30k tread warranty. If they last 25k, I'll buy them again. Yes, I must air them up every few weeks, but...

I was driving to my mom's house (we live in Maryland) and I saw a white Model Y Juniper with the light bar across the back and the new lights AND it wasn't wrapped, so that freaked me out. How could this person have gotten that model? Shipped it to the states from overseas?

People hyped up the Model 3 refresh like it was a redesign. Yes the new tail lights, headlights and nose are nice, but Tesla didn't even bother to add in-dash instrumentation or a heads up display and actually took away the turn signal stalk. Here we go again with the Model Y.

Buying now has many advantages. I doubt Juniper will have low interest rate and EV tax credit may not be around in a year and a half. I've been looking for a used MY long range 7 seater and to say they are hard to find is an understatement. They certainly hold their value.

You are combining news from several sources and also repeating what you already said in past videos. Project Juniper and Highlander were fan made up names, Tesla doesn’t even call the refresh Model 3 the “Highlander Model 3.” Update your respurces.

6 Seater only for China, production starts late next year in Shanghai.

Are you sure a (larger) 6-seater is coming to the US ? Other sites have said it's only for China.
