The guest completely ignored the Women's Vote as something that improves democracy --- he only mentioned the civil war and civil rights movements. I find this unacceptable. Women are nearly half the population and that voting right material ( no less than end of slavery or civil rights) and zero mention of ERA. I am not impressed with the complete erasure of Women in our US History.

What worries me is that seemingly about half the US political scene wants to dismantle democracy. They only have to succeed once now, the opposition have to keep succeeding to prevent it.
