Home of completely random awesomeness. Will I upload a video about knives? Maybe about beer? Perhaps cigars or whiskey? Maybe a video about lighters? A firearm video perhaps? An automotive video? The only way to know for sure is to check back and keep your eye on me!

Dollar Shave Club Humble Twin Unbox & Review
Переглядів 77 тис.11 років тому
I'm a fan of the Humble Twin, their commercial says "our blades are f kin great!" I would definitely say they are f kin not bad at all. I would certainly recommend them though if you are looking for a smoother shave I would go with one of the options with more blades, I have an issue with ingrown hairs sometimes and the 2 blade seems to have fixed that up for me. If my video helped you and you ...

are you ok?
🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨prom Indonesia, i like
Buy a mirror built for the shower, and apply the butter toward the end. It'll save you 10 minutes easy. Why people don't catch on, I have no idea. Set in their ways, maybe?
Hey, I just recently bought a 1941 replica, it was produced in December 2019. It looks so cool, I have no idea that's the style back in 1941. Also the surface is so smooth, it's so easily to leave fingerprints on it, I have to wipe t clean with a fine cloth.
Rare🇺🇸®💯🤘🏿😎
Twin blades suck.
For fucks sake blow your nose.
Thank you for the clarifications , I thought I just have a fake Zippo, I m soo glad anyway , I bought 3 used zippos from a street vendor here in India while passing by for around 1 USD piece , one was a bit different from the other two, all are post 2011 Zippos and good conditions,
Keep it n ice box
My Dad carried a Zippo Lighter like this. He is a WWI Veteran. I have no idea what happened to his Zippo, but I do know I wish I had it in my hands today. I do own this replica that reminds me of him.
A week and a half old, five shaves, and you should replace the blade? Wow, dude, I generally get 4-6 months, three shaves a week, out of a Gillette blade.
I swear David Schwimmer owns this channel
a package of bics last me over a year and they only cost $1. To avoid razor burn, hold the blades lightly on your face, letting the weight of the razor do all the work. I never get burn and I have to shave every day. Been shaving over 35 years.
You kinda sound like Badger from breaking bad😂
Can I shave my legs with it?
Shave the stupid beard moron
Have anyone women used this? I was thinking of getting this
Katie on the GO Yes! The general consensus is the same. Better shave and goes well with the post shave cream as well.
do u smoke?
Damn that's alot of cuts bro. that's why I don't shave against the grain lol
I think you got so many cuts becouse you pass many times the blades on your neck, maybe you can try to pass it one time slowly each pass. Sorry about my english I am from Colombia
i heard this lighter is very fragile and doesntclast long, but im planning on getting one - should i go for another lighter?
nice lighter replica chorom 1941
Do you need to wet your face first?
burgerkinghorn Yes, use a warm towel. It's usually best to shower beforehand.
thanks, finally a video where everything is all clear and explained
I found your video after hearing Bill Burr's podcast mention Dr Carver's Shave Butter (during his ad-segments). It looks like a reasonable shaving gel, shame it's not yet available in the UK! :( Have you considered shaving using a double edge (DE) razor? You'll get a closer shave and the cost of the razor blades means you can experiment with a lot of different brands without worrying about wasting a purchase. You can get 100 blades for about $6USD in the US, say for Personna double edge razors. Anyhow, something to consider! :)
Close the water while shaving please
Nice video man keep it up
I just bought one recently, brushed black ice, the date stamp on the bottom seems to be upside down compared to yours and my other two regular zippo lighters, would this be a regular thing with the 1941 replicas?
Yeah that can happen. They stamp them before the put the hinge on.
Use Exotics Shave Therapy $14 a bottle but it works great
Eh, i'll stick to my Gillette Sensor.
You are brilliant! I haven't been able to find any reviews on The Humble Twin, and you've just sold me it, gonna go buy it now. Cheers!
never noticed the two missing holes.
+K.H. Same here. Caught my attention. Something new learned when you randomly go through threads.
Good review. Although I prefer my DOVO straight or my Merkur Futur D.E. Lol. Enjoyed the video bro. Thanks for sharing. Mark. Ps. Just subscribed, please sub back. Thanks.
i've used both gillette and dsc. i use the four blade razor rn and i have to say, you definitely get a better shave with gillette. There are times when my neck especially gets irritated from shaving with dsc even with a sh*t ton of shaving cream. But it is definitely worth the money you pay.
If there is that stamp circles thing then its repaired? I dont understand. And nice lighters man
I've only ever shaved against the grain or it wont cut my hair. If I go down it just glides over the hair. Doesn't matter what brand or blade I use.
First time I ever watched another man shave. You shouldn't shave against the grain!
André Emery the old myth man, people always so go against, they been doing it wrong!!
Try switching to the 4x and see what that feels like please
I have problems shaving against the grain sometimes . I bought DSC shave butter and this is the best shave cream I have ever tried . I have the 6 blade razor and I believe mine came with a sample . 6oz is $8 and it last me several months. This may be something you want to consider.
Thanks for your thoughts on that. I'm debating getting the shave butter. If it lasts longer than the can of gel it will be worth it. Try the Executive, it's worth it
Doller tree lol
I'm using Humble Twin. They are ___ great! 3$ a month for humble twin.
Great Video! Skin irritation, you might want to try a pre-wash, but as you noted, it doesn't matter what blade, it might just be the blade's a bit too sharp for your skin, and it'll dull down to a comfortable level. I just got 14 cartridges for the Fusion, $50 at Costco :-( It should last the year, average is 5 weeks per blade based upon a few articles I read. But after that I'm interested in the regular single blade from DSC.
I clicked. Thanks for the info presented in a normal way.
That awesome that you did that for the people.
I have the same trouble (I'm a lady who shaves her legs) with the razor getting "clogged" with shaving gel. I'm already a club member, but I'm going to give the butter a try now! Thanks for the helpful review.
Awesome looking out for your viewers. 👍 and thanks for the reviews
This was very helpful. Thanks, dude!
If even a Fusion does *that* to your neck, then something about your technique definitely needs work. You might consider avoiding shaving against the grain (though with proper preparation you *might* get away with it), and you might want to try shaving with cold water to avoid cuts and irritation (after first washing your face with soap or a facial scrub to soften up the beard).
Dude, are you using their Dr, Carver's Shave Butter? That stuff really cuts down on the razor burn and works for me better then any shaving cream I have ever used!
