I intercepted this storm which became severe over central Nebraska on 30-May-14. As I positioned to intercept but (it always happens) the storm died just as I got there and this was all that was left.

Close up footage taken at night by UK Stormchaser Stuart Robinson - located 7 miles West of Lacrosse Kansas on HW4.
There's a cold front on the marriage 😂
This has a tinge of David Brent. The phone call midway through where he is calling his wife is probably the best 15 seconds of TV I've seen in the 36 years of me being on this earth
Such a well made documentary, fascinating stuff.
Mate I love storm chasing , but happy wife happy life , life is to short to loose your marriage over the weather
Tell me mate tell me
Or USA
Where is this uk
Do more storm chasers videos like this
Really good
Do the uk
we dont get that much in way of great storms here in UK they r rare and far bettween as a chaser in Wales it hasnt been great for the past 5 years
Really good mate
Wow... imagine having a temper tantrum because his wife has had enough of his selfish obsession after 10yrs....
His wife is the hero. I guess she dumped him already.
I feel bad for that guy. He could be a meteorologist.
Go home and give your wife a good seeing too or somebody else will
This guy dedicated fair play
She taught at my primary school during the filming mad to see what was going on lol
I fucking love this dude lol
Hi Stuart, I hope you don't mind me contacting you. I am a Producer at ITN Productions, a television production company based in London. We are making two documentary episodes for ITV about extreme weather. As a result, we are really keen to speak to a 'Stormhunter' - if I can use that expression - and I came across your youtube page; some of the stuff you've captured is incredible! Do you think something like this would be of interest? It would involve us conducting a sat down, on camera (yet fairly informal) interview with you, and then us using some of your footage to overlay it. Do let me know your thoughts - I am contactable via e-mail: sam.budd@itnproductions.com Thanks in advance, Sam
Loved watching this when it was initially released, glad its on UA-cam now. Are you married to me or the bloody hurricane lmao
This guy needs to stop spending money on storms and start spending money on his dental care. Oh my gosh Ive never seen anything like it.
Patricia Gurriere haha brilliant
Having been born and raised (and still residing) along the Gulf Coast, (USA) I have been through more hurricanes and tropical storms than I care to recall. I genuinely hope I never have to witness the utter and complete devastation of another Cat 5 storm for as long as I live. All the dead bodies and absolute obliteration of entire towns, not to mention the fact that it's been nearly 12 years since Katrina blasted through and there are STILL people living in FEMA trailers and such, unable to afford the steep price of rebuilding their lives from rubble and ash... well, those things make the chasing of storms for shits and giggles seem rather... naïve? Careless? Short-sighted? I don't know... But anyway, I do love to see grown-ass people geeking-out over something they love doing. I know I have found my tribe, lol. The Über-dorks. Ain't nothing wrong with that.
Are these two still together? He's got an expensive, obsessive hobby and she is TOTALLY not on board. They'd be better off moving here and settling in Oklahoma or Florida (depending upon which storms he prefers to chase.) At least then he'd be within just a few hours of home most of the time.
What Time Did This Tornado Happen At Night Was It 9:00PM 10:00PM 11:00PM Or 12:00AM Saturday?
This is really funny (and interesting) I have been looking for this to watch again for years !!
I loved this when it was shown on 4 , a follow up please
Funny as fuck this mate he is Alan partridge
Lovey. Like to see them at least once in my lifetime.
Sounds like some either decent size hail or heavy rain hitting your vehicle around the :54 mark. Nice storm capture. I'am storm spotter from the Jackson county area of Missouri ( Part of the Kansas city metro) and love just about any kind of severe storm. Other then a few times this year kinda stunk on severe weather . Here's to hopeing for a better season next year. Love your accent by the way too .
I saw it with my own eyes!
