Fair call, mate! These big rigs make a lot of sense for full-time touring or serious off-road work. But each to their own right?

It's a full aluminium construction, so its lighter than you think. But it's important to know your weight limits and GVM for each vehicle incase it can't handle it!

For what they’re built for, mines and farming they’re great…as a touring rig they’re absolute crap which is evident by the amount of stuff you have to change on them just so you can stand to be in them for a few hours (seats, sound deadening, wheel track and on and on it goes). My touring vehicle is a decked out Silverado 2500 and play truck is a chopped gu patrol.

Great question! The Ford Ranger has a shorter wheelbase but is wider compared to the 79 Series LandCruiser. However, the exact payload capacity can vary based on the model specs and mods made, such as GVM upgrades or aftermarket additions. Always best to check the specs of your particular build to be sure!

Hi- if you don’t mind could you share with me what I should look out for ( electrically wise ) the current suggested system is a 48 volt battery system with 600 amp lithium batteries/ 480 watt Solar with a external plug in for additional portable solar panels/ twin 90 amp alternator system/ umbilical power lead to be able too link truck to van - using victor on equipment- any suggestions would be great fully appreciated. Also has a on board desalination system.

Hey Marcus! This truck isn't actually as high as you'd think, as you can see in the video, Adam is about 6ft tall and he can utilise everything just fine. 👍🏼
