I am sorry. There are many artists out there that are just not that talented. Misty of Kitstokradles is reputable. You can trust her. I suspect that you got one of the botched or perhaps one of the first attempts Artists usually have nothing worth buying for $400. I know what you mean about the hair, it's poor quality and feels sticky. After several shampoos it still doesn't feel like a good quality reborn. I am so sorry this happened. She has a cute face and I am sure someone can fix her issues. I have followed these Reborns for awhile now and really I think that many artists ideas of beauty are very much in the eye of the beholder. Good luck in finding what you want for what you can afford to pay. I cannot afford to pay $3,000+ dollars for a Silicone doll or over $1,000 for a vinyl. Another trick is saying the doll is silicone until the very end of the description then mentioning vinyl. Misleading.

If she ordered seconds from bountiful they wont come with a COA or the engrave. I only know this because i have bought a few from them directly
