It is a very good solid door station door bell but DAHUA has changed things after firmware version 4.5 and push notifications need station monitors to work. This is really an extremely bad policy and doesn't show good support at all. Prior to firmware 4.6 you could use push notifications without monitors and that is the way it should have been kept. DAHUA support is really zero for this even though this is a really extremely good and well build door station.

Hello sir, thanks for your video. I've got it working now. An reolink camera on the Dahua NVR. But i still have an issue. The camare is not letting me change or save the settings for snapshots. Is there any setting specific I should change on the NVR or the camare to be able to take snapshots with the camera. With the dahua camera's it is working fine. But for the reolink it is not possible to change the settings when connected. Could you give some advise?

On V2.03 I searched for an entire day; I found a 3 minute piece I want to save as an AVI file; I click "cut" at the start; I click "cut" (no other button) at the end of the 3 minutes and it opens the record screen and saves the entire movie from the time I started to 23:59 of that day (??????). Hi! Well it is thrue the third party camera can work via ONVIF with Dahua NVR, HOWEVER you must state that this will work ONLY when the camera and the NVR are in the same network. Unfortunatly, a third party camera can not work with Dahua NVR using an ONVIF protocol while the camera and the NVR are in different networks. For exmaple tehre is a remote camera behind a router and a NVR behind another router. In this case the ONVIF can not get through the cam router. So, please can you explain how to conect a third party camera using ONVIF with Dahua NVR? Thanks.

How do I enable Talkback option.? When I log in the device via web browser, there's no talkback option on the main menu as well as no Call symbol on the ASI5213G-MW terminal. Could it be a firmware issue or what's it?

Hi and thanks for this video. I purchased two ASI3213G-MW two days and I intend to install it for my client tomorrow. So while doing the bench testing today, I realized the device does not have Talkback option and so I was unable to configure it and pair it with the VTH. What could be the problem. Please help.

I have a Dahua nvr5216 and Dahua anpr camera. I have many problems with the nvr. 1 the face database tab where you create new databases should have Type and then the option "local" and "remote" from the drop down. Mine only says "remote" How to get "local" 2 when you search for faces, on the face info box it should have a "add face to database" button, mine is missing. 3 on the main screen on the right side you see the captured car and plate, and that panel should continuously update as cars are captured, mine stops after about 30minutes, and other problems. I am expert at setting up cameras and nvr, but this one has stumped me, any ideas, no help from the seller.
