I think it would be nice if they put some benches for seating in some of those walkways. The architecture looks interesting but there is nowhere to just stop and sit.

My late wife would drag me to that mall, she loved Laura, would walk around that mall with no real interest - miss her dearly and would "loved" to be dragged back there again with her. When I moved out on my own, I shopped once at a grocery store there called Knob Hills Farm - 50 pounds of potatoes..lol..thought it was a deal - ate likely 2 potatoes from that bag...

I did that same walk, sort of, from Bloor to Eaton Centre back in May 1990. The neighborhood was pretty sketchy with "adult" businesses dominating. In Summer 1998 I started walking north from Eaton Centre, went into an arcade, smelled human urine and turned back. That stretch of Yonge looks a lot nicer now, but it looks like gent4ification has set in.
