I booked most of it with River junkies and scuba junkies. They offer different tours for different budget.

Hattest du nen Tauchschein? Oder konnte man auch ohne in sipadan tauchen? Falls nicht, hoffe ich, dass man auch zum schnorcheln nach sipadan kann...
@@leography du kannst einen Discovery dive ohne tauchschein machen an den meisten Spots aber auch schnorcheln geht In Sipadan brauchst du aber mindestens advanced open water um da zu tauchen

Hey Richy, amazing video - has inspired me to go this year. Just wondering if you could share some info on how much these activities / travels between places cost and how you got them arranged? Its overwhelming the info out there but I would REALLY appreciate your help! Thanks mate :)
I did everything with River junkies and scuba junkies They have different offers for each budget. I think payed something around 800 eur for the Mabul island stay and diving/snorkleing Something similar for the river and the jungle tour

BEAUTIFULLLL!! Did you get any permission for drone flying in the jungle or were these captures not yours? Or maybe captured when nobody see? ;) We'll be exactly there and with RJ in 2 weeks - this is why I'm asking.
Thanks! You need permission for the Danum valley and kinabatangan river for most of the spots . So there I was not allowed to fly…but at some parts nobody cares I think (nobody said anything at least)

I was there in April 2023. I think in July it can be a bit rainy if I am not mistaken. I booked with River Junkies the Danum Valley and Kinabatangan and Scuba Junkies the diving/snorkeling tours

Hey we are in Borneo and your video inspired us ! Did you book a tour that brought you to the river and to Danum national park? Or did you just book the transport from the river to Danum yourself? Is Danum National park affordable?
Enjoy! I booked it with River junkies ;) Danum valley is a bit pricey as sleeping options are limited … you also need to register before going into the Danum valley (which River junkie will take care of))

You can only dive Sipadan with Advanced Open Water license.
True, that’s why I was only snorkeling there ;)
You can still dive without advanced open water in areas around Sipadan which are also great

I have been to both places, either way you would have made the right choice , but Borneo has definitely more to offer when it comes to wildlife :)
