my safe foods are salads, fitbars, rice probably cause I'm asian, and seaweed !! my fear foods are probably most desserts like cookies, cakes, brownies, ramen noodles and pastas + oily foods

I have been on a diet coke diet for 2 days and i went from 127lbs to 125lbs 😮❤ just a few days of struggle until I get under the 120's 🎉 Will update!

My ultimate fear foods are oils and sugary drinks. Like wdym I'm wasting 500kcals on a frappuccino? 💀 My favourite safe foods would prob be instant noodles (so filling and only 190kcals), protein yoghurts (89kcals) and iced instant cappuccino (67kcals)
my safe foods are low cal veggies such as cucumbers, carrots, and romaine lettuce. They are really bland though, so i like mandarin oranges, which are like 50 cals each. My biggest fear foods are sugary drinks, pasta, potatoes, and peanut butter.
Potatoes are actually really healthy and it can’t really make you gain weight!

My little suggestion is to strain the meat before adding the sauce. That’s what I usually do (even tho it uses more dishes🥲) Anywho my biggest safe foods are Green apples, FiberOne brownies and almonds lol everything else is kinda a fear food(ESPECIALLY pizza and burgers)
i haven’t seen very many other people who have around the same diet i do, so im glad i found this video! i also think it’s sweet that u and ur bf cook together, everything looks so yummy ^_^
One of my safe foods is low fat Greek yoghurt but my biggest fear foods are anything with potatoes lol
You are literally eating food that bloats you and inflates your skin and wonder why you look fat. Eating a solid portion of salads 3 times a day will make you lose weight faster than starving yourself. Calories don’t mean anything either those pizzas are literally making you fat and bloated and you’re wondering why you can’t lose any weight. Eat good and healthy and do cardio for an hour a day and you will lose weight faster than wtv you are doing rn
My biggest fear food is probably anything buttery and sweet. Like, I can always resist burgers, fries, ice cream, chips or fries, but a chocolate filled croissant? Fresh whipped cream roll cake? A good, moist and chocolaty brownie? Literally torture to see them 😭
i dont have any fear foods other than oil or fried things but i have big trigger foods like any pastries or fried items and nutella / nut butter and nuts (binged on like 4kcals of nuts yesterday ☠) my safe foods are yogurt , tea, coffee, and any liquids, i could go through a gallon of almondmilk in a day. i love protein shakes and ensures omg

My fear foods are condiments and toppings typically, like shredded cheese, cream cheese, onion dip, mayo and of course things with unknown calories and oil My safe foods are most fruit, cereal (especially weetabix and cornflakes), malt loaf, low carb bread, low carb tortillas, gum, chicken, tuna and shrimp
I also like white chocolate pudding occasionally so it’s a safe food kinda
Safe food: homemade beef noodle soup, popcorn Fear food: banana, apple It is more due to if I eat fruit I get more hungry, its been years since I ate those
so glad im not the only person with beef as a safe food! especially the lean cuts - theyre like 150 cals/4 oz so i can eat a whole pound and be so satiated yet still be way under my limit for the day

Hey ^^ for me personally low res is 100-500, mid res is 500-1000, and high res is 1000-1500. I'd 100% recommend high res though if at all possible bc it'll allow your body to exist, won't kill your metabolism, and you'll avoid most of the physical and mental health problems that come with restrictive eds

What high and low res mean really depends on who you ask, but mostly the community has decided that high res means high intake restriction, or that u have high intake, and vice versa with low res. It can defo be confusing though
instant oats, i like to add seed and nut butter to make it creamy and extra greek yogurt to it and top it off w extra blurberries and red grapes if i have them :)

I always drain the fat from the beef using the lid, it doesnt affect the taste and I feel like it saves cal
Yeah it does, I mean fat is 900cal/100g so even draining 5g is 45cal less in your meal. And yeah I honestly haven't experienced any change in taste

My fear food is nuts (in any form e.g. almond butter but I love unsweetened nut milk), spreads (vegan chocolate or biscoff), pasta, bread, cereal/cereal (or protien) bars, cakes & sweets (that aren't vegan + sugar free.) I think my safe foods are pretty much most vegetables & fruit (bannas & potato is an iffy one- only small quantities or I feel so guilty man) and Tofu is such a crutch for me to fall back on- love that shit.

@@bonbon5701 thankfully I have an immense fear of throwing up so I never did intentionally, and my ed symptoms didn’t include bingeing (i had anorexia so i struggled with restrictions more) Thank you for responding, your channel is one of my favourite because it is so safe and not toxic :)

Safe Food Baked Potatoes With Salt And Pepper!!!! And A Little Butter!!!! 😄✌️✨ To Take Out More Of The Oil When Cooking If You Have Paper Towel, Move The Meat To The Side Of The Pan And With A Slit Tilt Place The Paper Towel To The Side That The Oil Drained To And Let It Absorb Then You Will Have A Lot Less Mess To Clean Up!!! Please Do This Step Before You Add The Sauce Don't Wanna Lose All That Flavor!!!! 😄✌️✨

One of my ultimate safe foods is low carb low cal tortillas for only 70 cals each. Sent from the heavens and delicious for making wraps. Big fear foods are donuts, cereal, cooking oils, and burgers.
So true omg, wraps are so awesome when they're low cal. Like two 120cal wraps are already so filling. I fear cooking oil too, it's one of my only fear food that stays no matter if I'm almost recovered or fully relapsed
I’d like to add to this. Found a recipe last year for 67 cal spinach wraps and I’m obsessed. It’s basically just flour, water (spinach is blended with water) to make thee dough, roll out, then cook on a pan without oil. The amount of flour is up to you but I usually use 300g and make 16 :)

@@jez752 awe I'm sorry, honestly grapes are great to snack on when your craving chips or candy. They also have potassium which is really important if u purge by throwing up. If u do that I'd really recommend u try challenging it, but I completely understand if u don't want to. They're also lower in cals than bananas ^^

My newest safe food is apricots. They honestly slap and are like 17cals per fruit. Like sent straight from the heavens wow. My worse fear/binge foods tho are any kind of pasta and Nutella :/

Weird, semi-personal question: Does your boyfriend know about your ED? Or this channel? Genuinely curious because I’ve seen you mention him in other videos, and I wanna know how that dynamic works. Does he try to stop/help you?
He knows about my ED and he does know I'm filming UA-cam videos. He doesn't try to stop me bc I'm not really in danger physically, but he does worry ofc and sometimes when I hop on the scale he says I'm good enough. He helps when he can, but it's something that can't be helped unless I actually want help so until then he's not doing anything
He seem very nice and understanding
