On this UA-cam channel I film stuff about things that I'm into. In this case, it's cars. I just thought sharing how I do things through the videos that I put out, maybe that might inspire you to do things yourself too. I'm not a professional, I'm just a person who loves a DIY and trying my best to do it professionally. While doing what I do, I always try to make sure that I show how it's done every step of the way. By subscribing to the channel, I get to know that you appreciate it and thank you.
How To Fix A Windscreen Washer Hose On Volkswagen
The windscreen washer hose is a common issue on most Volkswagen cars, especially when they are older. This is applicable to all VWs as they use the same size hose diameter regardless of the model.
This video is one which is very hard to find as people do have this common problem but do not consider fixing the hose as it doesn't affect the car's drive-ability.
If you had a broken washer hose and want to repair yours, this video will guide you DIY as its clear and easy to follow through.

Lol, the struggle you went through to get that relay was real but great job. You will take the entire day on the Polo 6R and 6C
Lol this was my first time taking out the BCM to remove the relay, now I'm way quicker... Lol the Polos are a struggle yoh
I have an issue with my mk5 2.0 fsi where when i start it when the tank is full or past half the entire car shakes, could this be the issue? Its intermident sometimes.
Yes this is probably the issue, with mine before I changed it when I filled up the car, when I started it would cut off
How much did you pay for that sensor bro I need too replace mine too thanks for the video❤
R600 South African Rands... I'm not sure how much it is in dollars. It's a pleasure man, I found out that mine was not bad, it was just a timing error
Does it work golf 5?
Yes it works perfectly, will be uploading a video showing that.
Hey, I just got the same steering wheel. Wiring for horn also goes on the buttons connector, so I imagine that the will not work on mine either. I didn't understand which pins you connected the horn. Also which steering module did your car have?
The blue/white connector goes in the position of the original horn wiring. The black wire is the negative for the horn, the blue/white wire is the positive. The module I had was the low line, which didn't support multifunction steering wheel control.
@@OverideZA Okay, thanks for the quick reply. Is there any way to contact you (telegram or something?).
Ohhh, that is so sad.. I am sorry about your car.. did you take your steering wheel out from it? It was amazing change, when u installed it.
Yeah it was very sad but I've come to accept the harsh reality... I unfortunately was not able to take anything out of the car. I'll actually get another one soon, will film it.
Ekse bro, I would advice you to replace shock mountings as well when you replace shocks, the car will drive smooth on uneven surfaces
Okay man thank you 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽, appreciate it.
Top Job!
Thanks a lot Peter, I appreciate it
Great video brother! I also stripped the cam exhaust bolt and I was looking for video to see if I could install and time the cam chain without removing. You helped me out a bunch man! Thank you!!
It's a pleasure man, I'm glad the video could help. That bolt is really in there tight and getting it out is really not easy. Before removing the cam tray just make sure you mark everything and you should be good
Yes it is meant to be covered in oil!
Yeah this one was also caused by a leak.
Excellent video. Definitely one of the clearest I've watched on the topic. Thanks, from Sydney Australia.

@m24automotive89 sure
Is this only if your steering wheel can't turn both left or right
It can be for many things, it could also be for when your steering is out by some degrees, it could also be for when your have maybe a faulty clock spring.
Where do you buy sensor in the US.
I'm not sure in the US, I'm in South Africa.
Did you get the lights to light up on the steering
No, reason for that is that I didn't install a MFSW Control Module as it was expensive. However I'll be making another video where everything works, stay tuned.
Thank you
Man, this was a PERFECT tutorial. I got mine done in no time. Thanks for making this, I’d have never figured it out myself.
I'm glad you found this video helpful man, I'm glad it worked for you too.

I didn't know and I'm still not sure whether mine has both chain and belt but I'm starting to assume it does have both. The manual does not say there is a chain too . I have an A3 FSI 2.0 from 2005 .

What spec for mk5 automatic oil transmission?
Get something written DCTF II
@@OverideZA its the same capacity oil 2L?
@jpcustom4859 the ATF is slightly more than the MT fluid. When re-filling the ATF you don't have to worry about the level, as soon as the level is enough/full the excess oil will start coming out. Then you'll know that the gearbox has enough transmission fluid

You must change it after 200 000 KMs
I wanna do this to my honda okd steering wheel with no controls but want a newer steering wheel of a bmw or something and i dont care about the controls on the new wheel is that doable?
When it's different car makes I think it'll be a bit challenging but yes it is doable. Just find out the diameter of the steering wheel you want to upgrade to and see if it will fit your car with no clearance issues. But yeah it is doable

This BHY engine actually has two oxygen sensors, the one at the back of the engine and the one underneath the car.

I'm glad you found this video helpful, please do update after doing the job. Thanks for your support to the channel
Excellent video, all the others on UA-cam are very limited with info. I have to do this next week and was stressed over stripping the bolt as it is known to happen, you are the only one providing a backup plan. Also the 19th link is clearly explained, I was confusedwith other videos as they only talk about the brass link but does not mention the location for the other cam. Well done with this, now I feel comfortable doing mine
Thanks a lot Anthony, I appreciate it and I'm glad the video could help you. The bolt does strip a lot even when you have the right RM10 bit so you need to be careful when doing it. . . One I thing I try to do is make sure I explain as best as I can so that you are not left confused after watching my videos. Thank you for subscribing to the channel if you have done so already, if not please consider doing so.

Thanks bro!
Do you think that is possible to put a multifunction steering wheel on my clio 2 year 1999?🫣
Could be possible but I'm not sure how
When you start the car you have a 'EPC' light on the dashboard. Isen't that light because the throttle body is dirty? Great video! 🙂
When the car is on the EPC light is supposed to be there, and it was. Only when you start the car and the car is running it's supposed to go off, and it did. I recently cleaned up the throttle body 3 months ago, here's that video here: ua-cam.com/video/cMEtsswCAjY/v-deo.html

You need to re-wire the horn wires and program the car to recognize the new MFSW Control module
I have a question please, my wife has a 2004 VW Jetta 2.0 and it runs good until shes drive it a good ways, then it'll stall when she has to stop. When she tries to start it back, it'll try to start but won't. After she's let's it sit and cool off for about 20 mins it'll start back up. Does that sound like a Camshaft Position Sensor, if not what do you think? I already put new Plugs, Plug Wire and a new Coil on it. Please let me know what you think. Thank You...
I once had this problem too on my previous Jetta 5 which had an accident, the issue was a fuel tank breather valve. When it's dead and blocked it causes the car to stall. The car will start when it's cold but when the car is heated up and more vapours are released, it just dies because it's blocked. Start there
Please kindly consider subscribing, I'd appreciate it. Thank you
