The chinook never exploded. The rpg hit the rotor and the chinook fell breaking/being smashed to pieces when it hit the ground. The Rangers that found the wreck said there was never any big fire or explosion. They were finding whole bodies unburned. Not body parts.

Didn't he even try to get Gulab deported? In fact, the only reason Rutrell and his publisher bother to help Gulab into the US at all was to use him as a prop whenever they want to advertise the book.

Lutrell used Gulab as a pawn to promote his movie. Once Marcus got his money, Gulab was never able to hear from him again. Some sources even say that Lutrell's family reported to the authorities that they felt like Gulab could be a threat to their safety. They both made an appearance on 60 minutes I think, and apparently before the ITW started, the interpreter came up to Gulab and told him "whatever events or stories Marcus tells, always confirm that they are true, ok?".
The seals were heard coming in to lz in chopper when they fast roped out they left the rope in bushes which taliban found and tracked them through the night. Didn't he even try to get Gulab deported? In fact, the only reason Rutrell and his publisher bother to help Gulab into the US at all was to use him as a prop whenever they want to advertise the book.
Also I read that gulab said they gave them selves away when they turned up on the mountain that night the villages close by heard when they arrived and apparently even found the descending ropes 🤷🏽♂️
@@writz2tekki959 Yep, the op was sloppy from the get go; the intel wasn't that good, the Marines had better chance at pulling the mission since their men know the area off but the Navy instead wanted to do it, and the 4 Seals weren't experience in this kind of mission, let alone the terrain. Lutrell's story was celebrated because the Navy would never admitted they fucked up so bad sent their men to die for nothing.

Lutrell used Gulab as a pawn to promote his movie. Once Marcus got his money, Gulab was never able to hear from him again. Some sources even say that Lutrell's family reported to the authorities that they felt like Gulab could be a threat to their safety. They both made an appearance on 60 minutes I think, and apparently before the ITW started, the interpreter came up to Gulab and told him "whatever events or stories Marcus tells, always confirm that they are true, ok?".

The seals were heard coming in to lz in chopper when they fast roped out they left the rope in bushes which taliban found and tracked them through the night. It's there area they no better than anyone for the perfect ambush.. truth is it was a disaster from the word go. Marcus left his men behind u can hear Murphy shouting at him to help and he got found with all his ammo..
