Thank you for this video! The idea of impact evaluation is great, however, you do not provide definition of Impact for your projects with GCF. For me some of your impacts actually are project Outcomes (for example, increased income of women), not an Impact. So, probably for this kind of evaluations we need to develop a clear project theory of change first and define what we consider as an Impact for each project. This is much more fun when we apply this approach and it is clarify for all stakeholders what we consider to be an Impact and why...

*This is all so ridiculous.* There is nothing unusual going on with our climate. The weather is always variable and humans still cannot predict it with any accuracy. The very mild warming trend ended in 1998 or 1999, so why are people still talking about climate? Some angry lesbians and Jane Fonda blame mem for a "climate crisis" that does not exist. Some blacks blame white people for a climate crisis that does not exist. Communists blame capitalists, and Democrats blame Republicans, yet the weather is just great by historical standards. There are always bad weather days and deaths every year to storms, floods, cold spells, and heat waves. There are always hurricanes during hurricane season and tornadoes during tornado seas. Are people really too stupid to figure that out? That is what living on planet Earth has been all about for millions of years, actually billions. Nature is in charge of weather, not these foolish small minded little humans who perform rain dances, burn weather witches, pray to Gods in the sky, build windmills, make human sacrifices and pass legislation thinking they can control the weather. They cannot! Climate is what you expect. Weather is what you get, and weather is always a roulette wheel experience. If you think your winning number is going to come up on every spin you are an idiot. People will believe any total nonsense as long as the herd is repeating it, and our media is force feeding it to us. Here is a doorway back to sanity.
