Adopt the Spanish way of life. There’s a reason we are second in life expectancy. Projected to be the firsts by 2050, over Japan. Understand life is meant to be lived, not worked.

People are so quick to offer their "advice" but fail to realize in the same situation they wouldn't do a whole lot different in their given moments in life

I think everyone can find their own meaning ín life and you can't say it objectctively, if you ask very deep questions you always come to the conclusion s "there is no meaning" and thats why you gotta make your own meaning your own purpose the life if you want to die then your meaning in life is to die if you want to become a austronaut your meaning in life is well, becoming an austronaut Because it isnt for everyone as easy to confront their shadow. For some people is it harder and some people may have so much trauma that they are really better off not confronting it. Thats all my opinion.

Its kind a hard idea to understand, if youre a guy who dont know how to "get rest" without leading youself to a years and years of gedonism. Sometimes you "relax" too much often even if you dont need to work or smth at all

6:23 i heard somewhere else that it works well but you have to actually learn to do nothing. From time to time just sit or lie on your bed and chill. Maybe think about something, but without too much pressure - remember that it's a time for you, not a time to create a perfect plan, solve some complex problem etc. I doubt if this exact state actually occurs if you just scroll through instagram reels or do something like this. Maybe partially but it's not that beneficial. Nowadays we are too addicted to constant brain stimulation and we don't give our brain enough time to do it's job in the background - subconsciously. Remeber, I'm not a neurobiologist and I might be just repeating some bullshit I heard from someone who was just repeating some bullshit lmao However, it sounds logically to me.

I’m going to push back a bit, several of the examples you gave if you try harder, you do get a better result. It’s just that trying harder means being more skilled and not just putting in more raw effort whereas the less skilled person would find that trying harder makes it worse.

My mother is very sick and about to die, my mother has CPTSD and mental conditions and refuses to go to the doctor. I have CPTSD, depression, anxiety and schizotypy, I can't get psychological help in my local town. My family stole her and tried to murder her and she's traumatized forever. I have no one, I don't know what to do. When this happened I was 18, but I feel like my mental age is lesser than that. I'm alone and scared, what can I do? i'm in a dangerous place, full of dangerous and abusive people and I'm completely vulnerable, i'm can't find my soul
