Definitely saving this one for later. Hopefully they make the Ranged Weapon deal double damage as it requires double resources to make, alongside right clicking. But if not that's fine, the Maze is already simple enough so this is more nitpicking than anything heh :P

Incredible video as always. The only way I would have seen this is by being subscribed or having watched a previous video of yours. Simply searching "harvest hollow" or "Maize maze" has a lot of clutter. High view, but low-effort videos usually flood the first three to four pages of results sadly.

For the NW Corner, a better route would actually be heading North, then West, then South until you find the opening to the edge. I got 2K Spooky Tokens from opening the loot. (Not including the clan goodie bags) 100 x 800 spooky tokens = 80K Spooky Tokens from the Maize Maze.

So confused on how to qualify for better than basic rewards. Can anyone fill me in?

Dungeoneering was my favourite skill pre-EoC. I liked it so much that I did somewhere around 20m xp at 0 prestige. Unfortunately, Jagex ruined all the things I liked about Dungeoneering over the last 12 or so years. EoC made all the monsters far too easy and the bosses jokes. Moreover, there have been many updates over the years that trivialize the main conceit of the skill, viz., team puzzle solving. For the first year or so of the skill, keys were actual items, which would need to be transferred among players based on who had which door gated. Jagex removed that by allowing anyone in the team to access a key picked up by anyone. This was the beginning of Jagex dialing back the teamwork aspects of the skill: solo xp was substantially increased; lock melters were added so that people no longer needed to rely on another person for skill doors they didn’t have the levels for; a second gatestone was added, which meant one person could do the work of two in solving a floor. I could go on. Suffice to say, I can’t stand Dungeoneering now. And it wouldn’t matter even if I still loved it, since no one does it anymore because Jagex has added so many ways to level it more easily without actually engaging with the skill itself-sinkholes, the summer hole thing, elite dungeons, and now the archaeology method. Oh, and my most hated change: pre-EoC, the hexhunter bow was the rarest, most sought after, and most powerful item in Dungeoneering. When I got one, it was literally the greatest moment of my entire RS experience, and that includes the time I got a divine drop when the sigil was worth over a billion gold. At the time, people would pay hundreds of millions if you got a hexhunter drop and agreed to let them bind it because the bow was THAT good. Having one in a dungeon had people following you asking when you got it and how many soulgazers you killed before getting the drop. Then Jagex decided to completely nerf the bow with EoC and make it way easier to find. They made it a freaking SHIELDBOW for god sake! I took that one personally… Anyway, I enjoyed the video. I agree with you about summoning. Some of the lower level familiars used to be useful, but when they released the archaeology ones that kinda just made most other ones irrelevant. And it doesn’t even make sense. Why is the ripper demon at level 96 literally better without scrolls than the steel titan at 99 with scrolls? That’s confusing and sad for the steel titan.

I think I'm a little biased towards Necromancy, because as a Mobile Player it's considerably easier to pick and use, but there's also a learning curve if you want to do well with it. However, strangely enough, to me it feels like an amalgamation of all styles, with worse Range (6 Tiles), not as good Burst Damage (Melee Zerk), not as good Crit Synergy (Magic). However, my Kill times have been quite on par with other styles (speaking from the Mobile Client), so I can't really complain about underperforming with Necro in comparison to my previous Ranged or Melee Kills. Overall I like your reasoning for these skills and i think they're fair assessments :)
