Couldn't unlock bootloader help

now my device is stuck on boot.. then opens recovery... i did factory reset.. still same error... now im going to flash stock rom... also root of this problem were a small error code during adb sideload the frimware it showed... protocol fault (no status).. then when i tried to reboot... my system file is corropeted.. can you give some solution? caz im going to try to flash pixelOS once i clean flash my MIUI .. in 2 days.. give me possible solution for my adb sideload problem.. also... when i tried same in twrp.. it shows adb server outofdate...

It is unlocked and I am trying to install Pixel Experience 13+. All went OK until I reached the 'fastboot boot recovery.img' step and then I got an error 'FAILED (remote: 'dtb not found')' I googled the error and someone said the version of TWRP might be to new for Android 7. Should I use an earlier version of Pixel Experience instead of 13+ or is that nothing to do with thie error?
