I totally agree with you. I tried several times today to get the Kollar leaders in the Barrens. These hard core players will not group with you. So we can't get the leaders together with non hard core players. There are so many hard core players now. I just abandoned that quest too many people in the zone needing those leaders. I can't get in edge wise at any time to get the quest done. It will take forever if each hard core player has to individually take out that leader for the quest.

i do like some realism in my survival games...but i draw the line at needing to urinate/defecate and having ability to have food poisoning, diarrhea or parasites in game. to have hunger/thirst that can kill you and ability to get "sick" that gives strength and focus debuff and say need to drink a lot and get specific medicine is the maximum i want in game...soo i do hope that toilet was there just for roleplay and is not in fact required....

I got it downloaded but I cannot find my twow folder....

When I copy URL to download addon, I hit ok and it says that addons are up to date but nothing happens. nothing is downloaded, nothing shows up. I have no idea whats wrong.

Linux lost its way. It has start the process of converting everyone to windows and Mac. They want easy, windows and Mac linux. Which brings all the problems and issues, collecting your data, selling all your private information. Its lost the fun and excitement of just 5-10 years ago. Its becoming immutable crap. That you check the code or install working apps from its own repository. Time to move to BSD.

hey great video! I'm an MX-Linux user and have been super happy with it since I migrated from Windows10 early this year. Do you have a video on setting up gaming / Steam installation with MX-Linux? I tried once, but failed can't remember exactly why...I think something about Wine didn't work. Cheers mate! Liked and subbed!

All I knew from trying out different live images was that MX Linux booted a heck of a lot faster than SystemD distros. Also, I had installed AntiX on an old 2007 EeePC so I was confident the team knew what they were doing. And yeah, been on MX Linux 23 (KDE) since January. Just had to reinstall recently to switch from BtrFS to Ext4 because I wanted to give it a try, but performance wasn't nearly as good as I had hoped there. And as long as you backup /opt/ (some custom apps reside here) and /home/ (perhaps not ~/.steam and other games but definitely .config folder and .bashrc file) then it's very easy to get everything back to how it was.

I've been using MX Linux since version 19 and never had a problem with it. This is one very worthwhile distro. I also use Solus and it is now working fine and solid with their problems resolved.

Debian based distro + flatpak is all you need. LMDE6, MX or just Debian are my only choises.

I run Linux, Mint Linux latest version. I use to be able to run turtle wow 1.12 without any issues, but when they updated to 1.17 I can log in fine, but once logged in everyone has no clothes on, there is no chat, and everyone is named unknown. Turtle wow works fine with windows 10, but I am a Linux user not a Windows one. If anyone has any ideas, I'll give them ago

I think MX Linux (KDE) will be an ideal distro for my photo / audio editing system. I always find each release of Ubuntu based distros introduce "features" which tend to cause issues. With regards to Debian having "old" software, it's less of an issue now that there are things like AppImages / Flatpaks.

Or just install wine and open the exe file as you do in windows. While this method works, using wine is faster and more stable

Tried so many distros and so far MX Linux is the only one that was actually helpful responsive and didn’t brake whenever I sneezed.

My daily driver MX Linux has been very stable. Easy and very fast installation, it's quick and very stable. runwiththedolphin and the team have done a great job. Not a gamer. Just e-mail and browsing.

Alright, now play Elden Ring on OpenSuse :D

I really don't like to listen to my own voice, either. Random trolls are likely to comment just to make fun of my (different Southern-sounding) accent, and the fact that I do just suck and sound awkward with any public speaking. But, we so often really are our own worst critics. One of the big reasons that I did click through to check out more from your channel after one video about gaming on MX Linux turned up through the algorithm? That's because you do sound like a regular guy who knows what he's talking about, and NOT a bland AI voiceover junk channel OR some superficial person putting on a weird Announcer Voice. That makes your content immediate much more appealing, and makes me way more likely to subscribe. Which I do plan to do after posting this.

I came to Twow for the first time right when they released Tel'Abim pvp. The server was trash, it started with high numbers but dwindled fast because of all of the dishonorable pieces of garbage that get to level 60 and consistantly harass players well below their level. If the community was actually decent this wouldnt have happened, but the community is actually filled with nothing but trolls and very lonely people who have to get off on ruining others' gaming experience. Shame on your community for letting this happen.

PfQuest displays completed quests on the map! What can I do with it? There is option to mark quests as "completed" on the map so they dissapear...but I can't do it all the time manually... I just want to disable it.

When I download the manager like in the video it just shows up as manager not manager.exe and after hitting run anyway and go to options, there is no Browse or trashcan icon just add directory.. so I’m stuck there

I've come across this distro recently since I'm a beginner in Linux. Been on windows for a long time and I want to experience different pace especially in gaming. Can't wait to try it.
