I'm going to get the Agora Apache helicopter build, but I'm buying it as the complete kit once it's finished. I've got the Super Snake, A C Cobra, Routemaster, E Type and Lambos as full kits to build. I'm going to be getting the Bismarck soon. I have just bought the 1:400 Airfix Titanic. I'm taking them all to Brazil for when I retire in 2029 and then build them kit at a time.

Brilliant update John looking forward to seeing you building issue 122 of titanic getting all the wires hooked up. As you know I'm terrible at wiring so I shall take note on how you do this. I've actually done issue 122 and it's very frustrating to try and get everything lined up but the bridge deck and promenade deck fit like a dream it's just the boat deck that I am having trouble with. Plus I can only get the bridge deck to light up no lights on the promenade or boat deck so I've I've put it away at the moment waiting for you or Dave to show me how it's done. Take care 🙂

Thanks John for your tip on working with the engine on 1966 Batmobile i used a pillow to protect the engine while I worked on the bottom of the engine.

Putting the decks together is not easy especially the boat deck I had to shorten the poles at the rear of promenade deck

I did this when Hatchette released it a few years ago. It was a wooden planked and plastic hull then, but a great build. I wanted to do this one, but had a lot of problems with Hatchette not delivering the first pack, then delivering to the wrong address twice, that I decided never to do a Hatchette build ever again. Shame, as this and your Titanic look great.
