Buenos dias por favor la medida de lainas para calibrar un motor volvo marino 200
Where can I find a see through sea water basket lid like that for mine? I’ve looked everywhere!
The top center circle of the cap is cut out and a round piece of plexiglass is cut to fit inside the cap. You always know when the pumps working.
How would I be able to hook up a trim gauge to this . I have the same unit
Hi I try to rebuild wiring box for this tilt, can you help me with this?
Hi Im looking for to buy this for my dp280 with wire box, maybe someone want to sell it?
Sorry I no longer have that boat. Good luck.
Keep up to great work on the videos
Injector pump?
It seems my system will not pull out of the transom plate without the lowest foot piece coming off. Did your slide out as one piece?
this is not a 290 volvo tilt motor it is a 270 or 280 they have mechanical lifts like the one in this video.. 290 have hydraulic tilt systems
Many thanks, I hate going in blind to things like this. Your video was a great help. I posted a video about how to replace an 02- date suburban fuel pump by going through the floorboard under the rear seat. I know it helped many people save 700 to 1000 dollars. Everyone needs to share what they do on youtube.
Hi there I appreciate the video , but I have a question? How did you get it off the boat ? Did you have to use a special pulled tool ?
Hi, I'm dealing with the same problem, I can't remove the mechanism from the ship. Were you able to solve the problem?
Hi , I have stripped mine down and found the worm drive that turns the main big cog is stripped, cant figure out hove to remove and replace , any suggestions or vids please ?
I never took it out . I would guess it e just pulls out once the large gear is out.
@@MrRaven57 - No. It appears to have two snap rings in there. How can I get to them?
what is the piece called at 1:15 ?
Guy's like you help make life so much less stressful. Great video. Any chance you have info on the electronics on top? Such as the switch that's on top?
where did you get the o rings ...part #
MrRaven57 , I watched you videos on the tilt trim take apart 1and back together very good and very helpful ! I have that very same tilt trim on my 76 Lancer. my question is which way do the bearing cages face? Video 1 shows that the bearings cages (the side with the crimps holding the bearings in) facing down towards the piston ( opposite of the electrical box). Video 2 does not really show the direction of the bearing on the bottom, and the bearing that goes on top of the clutch you cant tell which direction it faces. I know your video is 3 years old I hope you can remember thanks John B
I don't think it matters which side is up or down.
nice video needed this
Thank you
Thanks- that's what I needed.
I would love to know where I can find a sea water strainer cover that can see thru like yours!!! Sounds Good.
Scott Swift the stock cover was modified , the center was cut out and a piece of plexiglass sandwiched between the cap and the lower pump housing. works great , always know you have water to the pump.
Did you find one?
Here's the one I have had on my engine for 10 yrs. Still fine. www.vetus.com/en/engines-and-around-the-engines/cooling-water-system/vetus-cooling-water-strainer-type-330-for-19-mm-hose-connections.html
huge help thanks
grea video thanks.
Superbe...
Thanks it's not as complicated as the exploded parts diagrams make it out to be.
